【摘要】：目的:探討如何選擇合適直徑的樁和根管重塑材料,使薄壁根管獲得更好的抗折性能。方法 :選擇90顆完整的上頜中切牙,完成根管治療后,截冠分為9組。其中,4組進(jìn)行常規(guī)樁道預(yù)備后行1.3 mm、1.6 mm鎳鉻合金鑄造樁(A1.3和A1.6)和玻璃纖維樁(B1.3和B1.6)黏結(jié)后全冠修復(fù),其余5組樁道擴(kuò)大至根管壁為1 mm后行鑄造樁核(C)和玻璃纖維樁修復(fù),其中1.3、1.6 mm纖維樁用Rely X Unicem(D1.3和D1.6)和ParaCore(E1.3和E1.6)進(jìn)行根管重塑和黏結(jié),再用復(fù)合樹(shù)脂堆核型后全冠修復(fù),比較各組的抗折力和折裂模式。采用SPSS16.0軟件包對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:常規(guī)根管中,A1.3組獲得最大的抗折力(610.2±45.6)N,A1.3、A1.6和B1.3、B1.6之間無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。薄壁根管中,C組獲得最大的抗折力(584.5±121.2)N,而纖維樁經(jīng)ParaCore重塑根管后可以增加牙體的抗折力[E1.3為(420.6±95.7)N,E1.6為(517.9±67.2)N],分別較D1.3和D1.6有顯著差異(P0.05),而與B1.3、B1.6無(wú)顯著差異(P0.05)。纖維樁修復(fù)的折裂模式中大部分可以重新修復(fù),而金屬樁大部分為破壞性。結(jié)論:纖維樁修復(fù)后,折裂的牙體大部分可以再次修復(fù),1.3 mm和1.6 mm直徑的樁對(duì)于牙體的抗折性無(wú)顯著影響,ParaCore重塑根管可有效增強(qiáng)牙體的抗折性能。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore how to select the appropriate diameter of pile and root canal remodeling materials to obtain better flexural properties of thin-walled root canal. Methods: 90 complete maxillary central incisors were selected. After root canal therapy, crown amputation was divided into 9 groups. Four groups of them were repaired with full crown after preparation of conventional piles, 1.3 mm and 1.6 mm Ni-Cr alloy castings (A1.3 and A1.6) and fiberglass piles (B1.3 and B1.6). The remaining 5 groups of piles were repaired with cast pile core (C) and glass fiber post after the canal wall was 1 mm. The root canals were reconstructed and bonded with Rely X Unicem (D1.3 and D1.6) and Para Core (E1.3 and E1.6), and then repaired with the full crown after the karyotype of composite resin pile. The fracture resistance and fracture mode of each group were compared. SPSS 16.0 software package was used to analyze the data. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups (610.2 鹵45.60) and B1.3 (P 0.05). In the thin-walled root canal group, the maximum flexural strength was (584.5 鹵121.2) N, but the flexural strength of the teeth was increased after reconstructing the root canal by Para Core [E1.3 was (420.6 鹵95.7) Nu E 1.6 was (517.9 鹵67.2) N], which was significantly higher than that of D1.3 and D1.6 (P0.05), but had no significant difference with B1.3 B1.6 (P0.05). Most of the fracture modes of fiber pile repair can be repaired again, while most of metal piles are destructive. Conclusion: most of the fractured teeth can be repaired again with 1.3 mm and 1.6 mm diameter post after the repair of fiber post.
