樁和根管重塑材料對(duì)薄壁牙體抗折性能的影響
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore how to select the appropriate diameter of pile and root canal remodeling materials to obtain better flexural properties of thin-walled root canal. Methods: 90 complete maxillary central incisors were selected. After root canal therapy, crown amputation was divided into 9 groups. Four groups of them were repaired with full crown after preparation of conventional piles, 1.3 mm and 1.6 mm Ni-Cr alloy castings (A1.3 and A1.6) and fiberglass piles (B1.3 and B1.6). The remaining 5 groups of piles were repaired with cast pile core (C) and glass fiber post after the canal wall was 1 mm. The root canals were reconstructed and bonded with Rely X Unicem (D1.3 and D1.6) and Para Core (E1.3 and E1.6), and then repaired with the full crown after the karyotype of composite resin pile. The fracture resistance and fracture mode of each group were compared. SPSS 16.0 software package was used to analyze the data. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups (610.2 鹵45.60) and B1.3 (P 0.05). In the thin-walled root canal group, the maximum flexural strength was (584.5 鹵121.2) N, but the flexural strength of the teeth was increased after reconstructing the root canal by Para Core [E1.3 was (420.6 鹵95.7) Nu E 1.6 was (517.9 鹵67.2) N], which was significantly higher than that of D1.3 and D1.6 (P0.05), but had no significant difference with B1.3 B1.6 (P0.05). Most of the fracture modes of fiber pile repair can be repaired again, while most of metal piles are destructive. Conclusion: most of the fractured teeth can be repaired again with 1.3 mm and 1.6 mm diameter post after the repair of fiber post.
