三種往復(fù)旋轉(zhuǎn)單支鎳鈦器械預(yù)備模擬彎曲根管的效果比較
[Abstract]:Objective: To compare the cutting ability and forming ability of 3 kinds of rotary single branch nickel titanium instruments to simulate the cutting of curved root canal, and to provide reference for its clinical application. Method: select 30 single curved resin simulated root canals and randomly divide into three groups: Reciproc group, One file group and Wave One group. The difference in the mass of each module before and after, obtained the root canal image before and after the module preparation, and measured the change of the bending angle by Photoshop and Image Pro Plus; and measured the difference between the internal and external wall resin removal of the root canal from 1mm from the distance root tip to the 10mm of the root apex hole, thus obtaining the central determination of the nickel titanium instrument. The final data will be analyzed statistically with single factor analysis of variance. Results: 1) the preparation time of Wave One group is longer than that of the other 2 groups (P0.05); 2) the difference in the quality of the simulated root canal before and after the preparation of the 3 sets of nickel titanium instruments is not significant (P0.05); 3) the ratio of the bending angle of the simulated root canal before and after the 3 sets of nickel titanium instruments is changed. There was no significant statistical significance (P0.05) (P0.05); 4) the central positioning ability of group Reciproc and One file was better than that of Wave One group (P0.05) from the root apex hole 5mm. The central positioning ability of the One file group was better than the other 2 groups (P0.05) at the distance from the root tip hole. Conclusion: the three kinds of reciprocating rotary nickel titanium instruments have better cutting ability. The efficiency of the root canal preparation and One file was higher than that of Wave One; the three instruments could better maintain the original morphology of the simulated root canal, and the central positioning ability of One file in the middle part of the root canal was better than that of the other 2 groups.
