【摘要】：早產(chǎn)是指新生兒出生時(shí)胎齡未滿(mǎn)37周,低體重兒是指新生兒出生時(shí)體重未滿(mǎn)2 500 g,早產(chǎn)常伴發(fā)低體重兒。早產(chǎn)被認(rèn)為是新生兒死亡的主要原因。牙周病是一種口腔常見(jiàn)的慢性感染性疾病,與全身多種系統(tǒng)性疾病具有相關(guān)性。流行病學(xué)資料表明牙周病與早產(chǎn)低體重兒具有一定相關(guān)性,牙周病是早產(chǎn)低體重兒等不良妊娠結(jié)局的危險(xiǎn)因素之一,可能的機(jī)制包括牙周致病菌菌體的直接作用,引起機(jī)體炎癥反應(yīng)和過(guò)激免疫反應(yīng)等,然而具體的機(jī)制尚未明確。本文就牙周病與早產(chǎn)低體重兒的相關(guān)性,開(kāi)展牙周治療對(duì)早產(chǎn)低體重兒發(fā)生率的影響,以及牙周病引發(fā)早產(chǎn)低體重兒的相關(guān)機(jī)制作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Premature birth refers to the birth age of newborns is less than 37 weeks, low birth weight refers to the birth weight of the newborn is less than 2 500 g, preterm birth is often accompanied by low birth weight infants. Premature birth is considered the leading cause of neonatal death. Periodontal disease is a common chronic infectious disease in oral cavity, which is related to many systemic diseases. Epidemiological data show that periodontal disease is associated with premature low birth weight infants. Periodontal disease is one of the risk factors of poor pregnancy outcome such as premature low birth weight infants. The possible mechanism includes the direct action of periodontal pathogenic bacteria. It causes inflammatory reaction and excessive immune response, but the specific mechanism is not clear. This article reviews the relationship between periodontal disease and premature low birth weight infants, the effect of periodontal therapy on the incidence of preterm low birth weight infants, and the mechanism of periodontal disease causing low birth weight premature infants.
