【摘要】：實驗目的：評價增加牙本質(zhì)比色對鑄瓷修復體臨床精確比色的意義。 方法：分別使用常規(guī)比色法和常規(guī)比色法聯(lián)合牙本質(zhì)比色法（聯(lián)合比色法）為30例患者的患牙頸1/3中1/3切1/3進行比色。2周后，兩組鑄瓷修復體（采用常規(guī)比色法制作的修復體為A組，采用聯(lián)合比色法制作的修復體為B組）作試戴調(diào)整后分別戴入患者口內(nèi)(未粘結)，，患者參照對側同名牙與醫(yī)師共同對修復體的顏色進行主觀評價。采集修復體與對側同名牙的數(shù)碼圖像；圖像色彩校正和數(shù)據(jù)采集；修復體與對側同名牙顏色數(shù)據(jù)的獲取。在CIE1976L*a*b*色度系統(tǒng)下，對兩種比色方法制作的鑄瓷修復體與對側同名牙進行色度值測定和分析。用SPSS13.0統(tǒng)計學軟件行統(tǒng)計描述及方差分析。 結果：患者對兩組修復體色彩還原效果滿意度差異無統(tǒng)計學意義（p0.05）.兩組修復體色差分析有統(tǒng)計學意義（p0.05） 結論：增加牙本質(zhì)比色對臨床上鑄瓷修復體精確選色有一定的指導意義。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the significance of increasing dentin colorimetry to clinical accurate colorimetry of cast porcelain prosthesis. Methods: the normal colorimetric method and the conventional colorimetric method combined with dentin colorimetry (combined colorimetric method) were used to measure the color of 30 patients with cervical neck 1 / 3 of 1 / 3 after 2 weeks. Two groups of cast porcelain restorations (group A, made by conventional colorimetric method), The prosthesis made by combined colorimetric method was used as group B). The prosthesis was put into the mouth of the patient (unbonded) after trial wear adjustment, and the color of the prosthesis was evaluated subjectively according to the contralateral teeth of the same name together with the physician. Collect digital images of restoration and contralateral teeth; color correction of image and data acquisition; acquisition of color data of restoration and contralateral teeth with the same name. The chromaticity values of the cast porcelain restorations made by two colorimetric methods were measured and analyzed under the CIE 1976 Lepa B * chromaticity system with the contralateral teeth of the same name. SPSS 13.0 statistical software was used for statistical description and ANOVA. Results: there was no significant difference between the two groups (p0.05). Conclusion: the increase of dentin colorimetry has a certain guiding significance for the accurate color selection of cast porcelain restorations in clinic.
