【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)種植體周?chē)煌腔l寬度在修復(fù)后12個(gè)月時(shí)對(duì)種植體周?chē)M織健康狀況的影響。方法觀(guān)察25例患者,共植入40顆種植體,在上部修復(fù)當(dāng)日測(cè)量種植體頰側(cè)正中角化齦寬度(KMW),分為KMW≥2 mm組和KMW2 mm組(n=20)。于上部修復(fù)后當(dāng)日(基線(xiàn)期)及6、12個(gè)月時(shí),測(cè)量種植體周?chē)皆\出血指數(shù)(BOP)、菌斑指數(shù)(PLI)、牙齦指數(shù)(GI)、探診深度(PD)及牙齦退縮情況等臨床指標(biāo),影像學(xué)檢查計(jì)算種植體周?chē)菃适闆r。結(jié)果上部修復(fù)后12個(gè)月時(shí),兩組BOP和PLI均顯著高于基線(xiàn)期水平(P0.05),KMW2 mm組PLI明顯高于KMW≥2 mm組(P0.05)。KMW2 mm組存在明顯的牙齦退縮。兩組種植體周?chē)鶳D及邊緣骨喪失情況比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論種植體周?chē)鶮MW對(duì)種植體周?chē)木呖刂坪头乐寡例l退縮有一定的積極作用;確切作用仍有待進(jìn)一步研究和長(zhǎng)期觀(guān)察。
