【摘要】：目的·觀察不同年齡下頜單根管第一前磨牙根管的三維形態(tài)。方法·選取15~25歲因正畸需要拔除的下頜單根管第一前磨牙(青年組)和55~75歲因牙周病需拔除的單根下頜第一前磨牙(老年組),每組10顆。利用微型CT掃描獲取數(shù)據(jù),采用CTAn軟件分析牙根體積、根管體積、根管面積以及結(jié)構(gòu)模型系數(shù)(SMI)。結(jié)果·青年組和老年組根管的平均總體積分別為(12.308±4.550)mm~3和(3.798±0.944)mm~3,根管總面積分別為(48.869±8.064)mm2和(25.187±5.072)mm2,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。2組根管下1/3和根管中1/3平均相對(duì)體積分?jǐn)?shù)的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。老年組SMI值顯著大于青年組(P0.05)。結(jié)論·對(duì)不同年齡患者進(jìn)行根管治療時(shí),要加強(qiáng)對(duì)其根管解剖形態(tài)的了解,重視根管預(yù)備,提高根管治療的成功率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the three-dimensional morphology of mandibular first premolar canals at different ages. Methods the first mandibular canals premolars (youth group) and single mandibular first premolars (55 75 years old) needed to be removed for orthodontic treatment were selected with 10 teeth in each group. The root volume, root canal area and structural model coefficient (SMI) were analyzed by CTAn software. Results the mean total volume of root canal was (12.308 鹵4.550) mm~3 and (3.798 鹵0.944) mm ~ (-3) in young group and aged group, respectively, and the total area of root canal was (48.869 鹵8.064) mm2 and (25.187 鹵5.072) mm ~ (2) respectively. The SMI value in the elderly group was significantly higher than that in the young group (P0.05). Conclusion the anatomic morphology of root canals of patients of different ages should be strengthened, and the preparation of root canals should be paid more attention to, so as to improve the success rate of root canal therapy.
