【摘要】：目的了解廣州市荔灣區(qū)低齡兒童齲病(ECC)的流行情況及其影響因素,為兒童ECC防治提出對(duì)策。方法采用整群抽樣的方法,選取廣州市荔灣區(qū)3所幼兒園783名1~6歲兒童為研究對(duì)象。對(duì)兒童進(jìn)行口腔健康檢查,對(duì)家長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 783名兒童患齲率為39.59%(310/783),其中男童患病率為40.62%,女童為38.58%。310名ECC兒童共檢出齲齒1 454個(gè),齲失補(bǔ)牙數(shù)(dmft)為4.69,其中男童為4.56,女童為4.83。多因素逐步Logistic回歸分析顯示,戶(hù)籍分布、父母監(jiān)督孩子刷牙、每天飲用碳酸飲料次數(shù)、父親文化程度、喂養(yǎng)方式、母親文化程度、年齡組、睡前刷牙、飯后漱口、開(kāi)始刷牙時(shí)間等10個(gè)因素均入選方程,均為ECC發(fā)生的獨(dú)立影響因素(P值均0.01)。結(jié)論兒童ECC的發(fā)生率較高;ECC發(fā)生與生活環(huán)境、父母對(duì)兒童口腔健康重視程度、飲食及飲食習(xí)慣、生活方式、口腔衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣等因素關(guān)系密切。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of caries (ECC) in young children in Liwan District of Guangzhou and its influencing factors, and to provide countermeasures for the prevention and treatment of ECC in children. Methods 783 children aged 1 to 6 years old from 3 kindergartens in Liwan District of Guangzhou City were selected by cluster sampling. Children were examined for oral health and parents were investigated by questionnaire. Results the prevalence rate of caries in 783 children was 39.59% (310 / 783), in which the prevalence rate of boys was 40.622and that of girls was 38.58.310. A total of 1 454 caries were detected in girls, and the (dmft) of caries loss was 4.69, including 4.56 for boys and 4.83 for girls. Multivariate stepwise logistic regression analysis showed that the distribution of household registration, parental supervision of children brushing teeth, daily consumption of carbonated drinks, father's education, feeding style, mother's education, age group, brushing before bedtime, gargling after meals. Ten factors, such as the time of brushing teeth, were all selected as independent factors of ECC (P < 0.01). Conclusion the incidence of ECC in children is higher than that in children. The occurrence of ECC is closely related to the living environment, parents' attention to children's oral health, diet and eating habits, lifestyle, oral hygiene habits and so on.
