乳酸鋅和氟化亞錫對(duì)銅綠假單胞菌、鮑曼不動(dòng)桿菌和變異鏈球菌生物被膜的抑制作用

【摘要】:乳酸鋅(Zn lactate·3H_2O)和氟化亞錫(SnF_2)常作為牙膏中的活性物質(zhì)添加劑用來(lái)預(yù)防齲齒及口腔生物被膜的形成。文中評(píng)估了Zn lactate·3H_2O和SnF_2對(duì)銅綠假單胞菌、鮑曼不動(dòng)桿菌和變異鏈球菌生物被膜的作用。對(duì)銅綠假單胞菌PAO1生物被膜的抑制實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí)乳酸鋅和氟化亞錫都具有抑制其生物被膜的功能,聯(lián)用效果尤佳。乳酸鋅通過(guò)干擾胞外多糖基質(zhì)網(wǎng)的形成起作用,而氟化亞錫則可以明顯降低生物被膜的生物量。更為重要的是,工作濃度的兩種化合物聯(lián)用幾乎可以完全抑制3種實(shí)驗(yàn)菌株生物被膜的形成。
[Abstract]:Zinc lactate (Zn lactate. 3H_2O) and stannous fluoride (SnF_2) are often used as active additives in toothpaste to prevent dental caries and oral biofilm formation. In this paper, the effects of Zn lactate. 3H_2O and SnF_2 on Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter Bauman and Streptococcus mutans biofilm, PAO1 biofilm of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, were evaluated. The inhibition experiments confirm that zinc lactate and stannous fluoride have the function of inhibiting their biofilm. The combination effect is excellent. Zinc lactate can play a role by interfering with the formation of extracellular polysaccharide matrix network, while stannous fluoride can obviously reduce the biomass of biofilm. More importantly, the two compounds of the working concentration can be used almost completely. Inhibition of the formation of the biofilm of the 3 experimental strains.
