【摘要】：目的探究HIF-1α, Glut1在口腔鱗癌中的表達(dá)特征及其與患者預(yù)后的關(guān)系。方法采用免疫組化sp法檢測90例手術(shù)切除的原發(fā)性口腔癌患者腫瘤組織中HIF-1α, Glut1, Ki67的表達(dá),并采用SPSS, Graphpad統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件。將實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果與患者臨床病理學(xué)參數(shù)及生存天數(shù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果HIF-1α, Glut1蛋白在選取的口腔鱗癌組織中正常表達(dá),HIF-1α與Glutl在選取的口腔鱗癌組織中的陽性表達(dá)率分別為65.6%(59/90)與45.7%(42/90)。HIF-1α的陽性表達(dá)與患者的術(shù)后生存時(shí)間有負(fù)相關(guān)的趨勢(shì),但沒有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)上的顯著差異(0.05P0.10), Glut1的陽性表達(dá)與患者的術(shù)后生存天數(shù)無明顯相關(guān)。(P0.05) HIF-1α與Glutl的雙陽性與患者的術(shù)后生存時(shí)間之間具有顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。 HIF-1α. Glut1以及它們的雙陽性與Ki67的表達(dá)之間均無顯著關(guān)系。HIF-1α、Glut1的表達(dá)與患者的年齡,性別,是否吸煙,組織學(xué)分級(jí),T分期,發(fā)病部位均無顯著的相關(guān)性。結(jié)論HIF-1α與Glut1的雙陽性與口腔鱗癌患者的不良預(yù)后具有顯著的相關(guān)性,HIF-1α與Glut的雙陽性能作為預(yù)測口腔鱗癌患者不良預(yù)后的指標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of HIF-1 偽 and Glut1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) and the relationship between HIF-1 偽 and prognosis. Methods the expressions of HIF-1 偽, Glut1 and Ki67 in 90 patients with primary oral cancer were detected by immunohistochemical sp method. SPSS and Graphpad software were used to analyze the expression of HIF-1 偽, Glut1 and Ki67. The experimental results were statistically analyzed with the clinicopathological parameters and survival days of the patients. Results the positive expression rates of HIF-1 偽 and Glutl in selected oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues were 65.6% (59 / 90) and 45.7% (42 / 90). But there was no statistically significant difference (0.05P0.10), the positive expression of Glut1 had no significant correlation with postoperative survival days. (P0.05) there was a significant negative correlation between HIF-1 偽 and Glutl double positive expression and postoperative survival time (P0.05). HIF-1 偽. There was no significant correlation between Glut1, their double positive and Ki67 expression. There was no significant correlation between HIF-1 偽 and Glut1 expression and age, sex, smoking, histological grade and T stage. Conclusion the double positive expression of HIF-1 偽 and Glut1 is significantly correlated with the poor prognosis of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). HIF-1 偽 and Glut's double positive properties can be used as an index to predict the poor prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).
