比較CTi-mem個性化鈦網(wǎng)及海奧生物膜在口腔種植術中GBR效果的臨床研究

【摘要】:目的:CTi-mem個性化鈦網(wǎng)及海奧生物膜在口腔種植術中GBR效果的臨床比較。方法:將于本院就診的因單顆后牙缺失且牙槽骨吸收需要進行種植修復的60例患者,隨機分為實驗組(30例)、對照組(30例)。實驗組患者植入Neobiotech植體后使用bio-bone骨粉及CTi-mem鈦網(wǎng)進行GBR;對照組患者植入Neobiotech植體后使用bio-bone骨粉及海奧生物膜進行GBR;術后當天、1個月、3個月、6個月、1年拍攝曲面斷層片,分別觀察各組骨再生效果及不良反應率;術后1年觀察負載情況。比較兩組骨再生效果。結(jié)果:實驗組及對照組不良反應率均為3.33%,骨再生效果分別為93.43%、92.87%,無統(tǒng)計學差異(P0.05)。臨床觀察實驗組在多壁骨缺損的情況下較對照組更能穩(wěn)定取得理想的骨寬度及高度。兩組都順利完成二期修復,正常負荷恢復咬合功能。結(jié)論:CTi-mem鈦網(wǎng)、海奧生物膜在本臨床研究中都取得了較好的引導骨再生效果,且CTi-mem個性化鈦網(wǎng)在多壁骨缺損的病例中引導骨再生的效果更優(yōu),臨床值得推廣應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of GBR in oral implants with 1% CTi-mem personalized titanium mesh and sea auricle biofilm. Methods: sixty patients with alveolar bone resorption were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). The patients in the experimental group were treated with bio-bone powder and CTi-mem titanium mesh after implantation of Neobiotech implants, and the control group patients were treated with bio-bone powder and sea auricle biofilm after implantation of Neobiotech implants, and curved surface tomograms were taken on the same day, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year after operation. The effect of bone regeneration and the adverse reaction rate were observed, and the load was observed 1 year after operation. The effect of bone regeneration was compared between the two groups. Results: the adverse reaction rates of the experimental group and the control group were 3.33, and the effect of bone regeneration was 93.43 ~ 92.87, respectively. There was no statistical difference (P0.05). The clinical observation showed that the experimental group was more stable than the control group in obtaining the ideal bone width and height under the condition of multi-wall bone defect. Both groups successfully completed the second-stage repair, normal load recovery occlusal function. Conclusion the effect of bone regeneration guided by% CTi-mem titanium mesh and Haile biofilm in this clinical study is better, and the effect of CTi-mem personalized titanium mesh in guiding bone regeneration is better in patients with multi-wall bone defect, so it is worth popularizing in clinic.
