【摘要】：目的觀察單磷酸阿糖腺苷注射劑聯(lián)合溶菌酶腸溶片治療小兒皰疹性口腔炎的臨床療效及安全性。方法將54例皰疹性口腔炎患兒隨機分為對照組27例和試驗組27例。對照組予以利巴韋林10 mg·kg~(-1),qd,靜脈滴注;試驗組予以單磷酸阿糖腺苷5 mg·kg~(-1),qd,靜脈滴注+溶菌酶腸溶片20 mg,tid,口服。2組患兒均治療5 d。比較2組患兒的臨床療效、血清腫瘤壞死因子α(TNF-α)、C反應(yīng)蛋白(CRP)、白細(xì)胞介素-10(IL-10)水平,以及藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生情況。結(jié)果治療后,試驗組和對照組的總有效率分別為96.29%(26/27例)和77.78%(21/27例),差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療后,試驗組和對照組的TNF-α分別為(2.21±0.29)和(4.18±0.47)μg·L~(-1),CRP分別為(7.85±1.12)和(12.57±1.43)mg·L~(-1),IL-10分別為(158.56±17.49)和(120.68±12.32)ng·L~(-1),差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。試驗組發(fā)生的藥物不良反應(yīng)以惡心為主,對照組發(fā)生的藥物不良反應(yīng)以惡心和注射部位疼痛為主,且試驗組和對照組的藥物不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為3.70%和7.41%,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論單磷酸阿糖腺苷注射劑聯(lián)合溶菌酶腸溶片治療小兒皰疹性口腔炎的臨床療效確切,其能夠顯著降低患兒的血清TNF-α、CRP水平,促進IL~(-1)0表達,且不增加藥物不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of adenosine arabate monophosphate injection combined with lysozyme enteric-coated tablets in the treatment of herpes stomatitis in children. Methods 54 children with herpes stomatitis were randomly divided into control group (n = 27) and experimental group (n = 27). The control group was given ribavirin 10 mg kg ~ (-1) by intravenous drip, and the test group was given 5 mg kg ~ (-1) adenosine monophosphate and 20 mg / kg lysozyme enteric coated tablets for 5 days. The clinical efficacy, serum levels of TNF- 偽 C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin-10 (IL-10) and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups. Results after treatment, the total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 96.29% (26 / 27 cases) and 77.78% (21 / 27 cases), respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P0.05). After treatment, TNF- 偽 was (2.21 鹵0.29) 渭 g / L ~ (-1) and (4.18 鹵0.47) 渭 g / L ~ (-1) CRP in experimental group and control group, respectively (7.85 鹵1.12) and (12.57 鹵1.43) mg / L ~ (-1) IL-10 were (158.56 鹵17.49) and (120.68 鹵12.32) ng / L ~ (-1), respectively (P 0.05). The adverse drug reactions in the trial group were mainly nausea, the adverse drug reactions in the control group were mainly nausea and injection site pain, and the incidence of adverse drug reactions in the test group and the control group were 3.70% and 7.41%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion adenosine monophosphate injection combined with lysozyme enteric-coated tablets is effective in the treatment of herpes stomatitis in children. It can significantly reduce serum TNF- 偽 -CRP level, promote IL-1 0 expression, and do not increase the incidence of adverse drug reactions in children with herpes stomatitis.
