【摘要】：牙骨質(zhì)撕裂被定義為牙骨質(zhì)片自根面撕裂,是一類不常見的根折形式,可導(dǎo)致迅速的附著喪失。典型癥狀表現(xiàn)為局限性牙位的局限位點(diǎn)出現(xiàn)深牙周袋,常伴有瘺管或疼痛腫脹等癥狀。牙骨質(zhì)撕裂的早期診斷較為困難,并且關(guān)于牙骨質(zhì)撕裂的報(bào)道較少,尤其是國內(nèi)鮮有關(guān)于這方面的報(bào)道,尚沒有牙骨質(zhì)撕裂在不同國家地區(qū)的發(fā)病率統(tǒng)計(jì),但實(shí)際上,牙骨質(zhì)撕裂的發(fā)病率遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于臨床上發(fā)現(xiàn)的數(shù)據(jù),特別是在老年人群中。因此,本文從牙骨質(zhì)撕裂病因、臨床診斷和治療等方面進(jìn)行綜述,為以后牙骨質(zhì)撕裂的臨床診治提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:Cementum tear is defined as the root surface tear of cementum. It is an unusual form of root fracture, which can cause rapid attachment loss. The typical symptoms are deep periodontal pocket at the locus of localized teeth, often accompanied by fistula or pain swelling. The early diagnosis of cemental tear is difficult, and there are few reports about it, especially in China. There are no statistics on the incidence of cementum tear in different countries, but in fact, The incidence of cemental tear is much higher than that found clinically, especially in the elderly. Therefore, this article reviews the etiology, clinical diagnosis and treatment of cementum tear, and provides some references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of posterior cementum tear.
