【摘要】：目的:探討在阻生智齒拔除術(shù)中應(yīng)用高速渦輪牙鉆及微創(chuàng)拔牙刀的效果。方法:選取66例于2015年1月~2016年12月我院接收的需要拔除阻生智齒的患者,隨機分為對照組(n=33,采用常規(guī)拔牙方法拔牙)與觀察組(n=33,采取微創(chuàng)拔牙法,術(shù)中使用高速渦輪牙鉆及微創(chuàng)拔牙刀進行拔牙),觀察兩組患者手術(shù)效果。結(jié)果:觀察組患者手術(shù)時間、拔牙完整性相比于對照組患者顯著要優(yōu)(P0.05),其張口受限度、腫脹度及VAS評分顯著低于對照組(P0.05);同時觀察組患者術(shù)中牙根折斷、鄰牙松動、牙齦撕裂、舌側(cè)骨板骨折、術(shù)后干槽癥的發(fā)生率均低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:在阻生智齒拔除術(shù)中應(yīng)用高度渦輪牙鉆和微創(chuàng)拔牙刀可縮短手術(shù)時間,手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷小,術(shù)后反應(yīng)輕,并發(fā)癥少,具有推廣價值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of high-speed turbine drill and minimally invasive extraction knife in the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth. Methods: 66 patients who needed to remove impacted wisdom teeth from January 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into two groups: the control group (nnt33) and the observation group (nnn33), which were treated with minimally invasive extraction. High-speed turbo and minimally invasive tooth extractor were used in the operation to observe the effect of the two groups. Results: compared with the control group, the operation time, extraction integrity of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P0.05), and the opening limit, swelling degree and VAS score of the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). The incidence of lingual bone plate fracture after operation was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion: the application of high turbine drill and minimally invasive tooth extraction knife in the extraction of impacted wisdom teeth can shorten the operation time, reduce the trauma, reduce the postoperative reaction and have less complications.
