【摘要】：激光多普勒血流監(jiān)測儀是一種能夠?qū)崟r監(jiān)測組織內(nèi)微循環(huán)血流灌注的儀器,在臨床上應(yīng)用廣泛,但在口腔醫(yī)學中測定牙髓血流的應(yīng)用尚處于初級階段。本文對激光多普勒血流監(jiān)測儀的工作原理、在口腔醫(yī)學中的應(yīng)用、使用的局限性以及影響其結(jié)果的相關(guān)因素等作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Laser Doppler blood flow monitor is a kind of instrument that can monitor the microcirculation perfusion in the tissue in real time. It is widely used in clinic, but the application of measuring the pulp blood flow in stomatology is still in the primary stage. The principle of the laser Doppler blood flow monitor, the application in oral medicine, the limitation of the use and the limitation of the use of the laser blood flow monitor in stomatology. The related factors affecting the results are reviewed.
