【摘要】：目的:探討Rab38在口腔鱗狀細胞癌中的表達及其臨床意義。方法:采用qRT-PCR法檢測60對口腔鱗癌及配對癌旁正常組織中Rab38mRNA的表達,采用免疫組織化學(xué)方法檢測149例口腔鱗癌中Rab38蛋白的表達情況,分析Rab38的表達與口腔鱗癌患者臨床病理特征及預(yù)后的關(guān)系。結(jié)果:口腔鱗癌組織中的Rab38的mRNA和蛋白表達水平都高于配對癌旁正常組織;Rab38表達與TNM分期和淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移有關(guān);Rab38高表達的患者總生存時間少于Rab38低表達患者;Rab38表達水平是影響患者總生存率的獨立危險因素。結(jié)論:Rab38在口腔鱗癌中高表達與患者不良預(yù)后關(guān)系密切,Rab38可能與口腔鱗癌的發(fā)生、發(fā)展有關(guān),并可作為判斷患者預(yù)后的指標。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and clinical significance of Rab38 in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: the expression of Rab38 mRNA in 60 pairs of oral squamous cell carcinoma and adjacent normal tissues was detected by qRT-PCR, and the expression of Rab38 protein in 149 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemistry. To analyze the relationship between Rab38 expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC). Results: the expression of Rab38 mRNA and protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma tissues were higher than those in matched normal tissues. The total survival time of patients with high expression of Rab38 was less than that of patients with low expression of Rab38. Levels are independent risk factors for overall survival. Conclusion the high expression of w Rab38 in oral squamous cell carcinoma is closely related to the poor prognosis of the patients. Rab38 may be related to the occurrence and development of oral squamous cell carcinoma, and can be used as a prognostic index in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma.
