【摘要】：目的:研究人涎腺腺樣囊性癌組織中EZH2(enhancer of zeste homolog2)和Ki-67的表達及其相關(guān)性。方法:采用免疫組織化學(xué)染色法,檢測石蠟包埋的42例涎腺腺樣囊性癌(salivary adnoid cystic carcinoma,SACC)及5例正常涎腺組織中,多梳組蛋白EZH2和細胞周期蛋白Ki-67的表達水平,分析與臨床病理特征之間的關(guān)系并探討二者的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果:EZH2在腺樣囊性癌組織中的表達顯著高于正常涎腺組織(P0.05),EZH2表達陽性率66.67%(28/42),EZH2表達與腫瘤病理分型及臨床分期相關(guān),而與性別、年齡、發(fā)病部位不相關(guān),而在5例正常涎腺組織中不表達。在Ki-67陽性的33例腺樣囊性癌患者中,25例EZH2表達陽性,表達率75.76%(25/33),Ki-67陰性表達的9例中,3例EZH2表達陽性,表達率33.33%(3/9),兩者比較差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:EZH2在腺樣囊性癌中表達增加且與腫瘤細胞的增殖密切相關(guān),提示腺樣囊性癌中EZH2通過其在細胞周期管理中的作用,參與腫瘤細胞的增殖過程。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the expression and correlation of EZH2 (enhancer of zeste homolog2 and Ki-67 in human salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma. Methods: the expression of EZH2 and Ki-67 in 42 cases of salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (salivary adnoid cystic carcinoma) and 5 cases of normal salivary gland were detected by immunohistochemical staining. To analyze the relationship with clinicopathological features and to explore the correlation between them. Results the expression of EZH2 in adenoid cystic carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal salivary gland (P0.05). The positive rate of EZH2 expression in salivary gland was 66.67% (28 / 42). No expression was found in 5 normal salivary gland tissues. Among 33 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma with Ki-67 positive, 25 cases (75.76%) were positive for EZH2, and 3 cases (33.33%) were positive for EZH2 in 9 cases with negative expression of Ki-67 (P0.05). Conclusion the increased expression of EZH2 in adenoid cystic carcinoma is closely related to the proliferation of tumor cells, suggesting that EZH2 is involved in the proliferation process of adenoid cystic carcinoma through its role in cell cycle management.
