【摘要】：根據(jù)國外文獻數(shù)據(jù)估樣,隨機選取無錫市部分城區(qū)1 263例3~6歲在校學齡前兒童進行齲齒與肥胖之間關系的調查研究。超重兒童191人,肥胖兒童104人,體重正常968人,分別檢查患齲情況。經(jīng)SPSS分析,兒童年齡越大患齲程度越高(F=31.77,P=0.000 1);兒童體重狀態(tài)與年齡無相關性(χ~2=36.00,P=0.33);學齡前兒童乳牙患齲與體重狀態(tài)無相關性(F=0.21,P=0.808)。認為,肥胖并非是學齡前兒童乳牙齲齒的易感因素。
[Abstract]:According to the data of foreign literature, 1 263 preschool children aged 3 to 6 years in Wuxi city were randomly selected to investigate the relationship between dental caries and obesity. 191 children were overweight, 104 were obese and 968 were normal weight. According to SPSS analysis, the degree of caries was higher in children with age, but there was no correlation between body weight status and age (蠂 2 / 36.00 / P 0.33), and there was no correlation between dental caries and body weight status in preschool children (P = 0.808). Obesity is not a predisposing factor for deciduous tooth caries in preschool children.
