【摘要】：背景:研究指出上頜前牙唇傾度與前牙區(qū)唇腭側(cè)牙槽骨厚度的空間位置關(guān)系,X射線頭影測量存在種族和地域的差異。目的:對新疆維吾爾族及漢族青少年骨性Ⅱ類錯鉭不同垂直骨面型患者切牙區(qū)牙槽骨形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)與切牙唇傾度進行相關(guān)性分析。方法:選取維吾爾族及漢族年齡在11-16歲骨性Ⅱ類錯鉭患者各60例,平均年齡13.8歲,拍攝頭顱定位側(cè)位片并測量上下前牙區(qū)牙槽骨厚度和前牙唇傾度,利用SPSS 17.0統(tǒng)計軟件對測量結(jié)果進行比較分析。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)漢族:上頜切牙根尖腭側(cè)牙槽骨厚度(ULP)與上切牙唇傾度呈負相關(guān)(r=-0.715,P0.05),下頜切牙根尖唇側(cè)牙槽骨厚度(LBP)與下切牙唇傾度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.902,P0.05);(2)維吾爾族:上頜切牙根尖腭側(cè)牙槽骨厚度(ULP)與上切牙唇傾度呈負相關(guān)(r=-0.651,P0.05),下頜切牙根尖唇側(cè)牙槽骨厚度(LBP)與下切牙唇傾度呈正相關(guān)(r=0.745,P0.05);(3)結(jié)果說明,維吾爾族及漢族上頜切牙根尖腭側(cè)牙槽骨厚度隨著上頜切牙唇傾度增大而減小,下頜切牙根尖唇側(cè)牙槽骨厚度隨下切牙唇傾度增大而增大。
[Abstract]:Background: the relationship between the degree of labial inclination of maxillary anterior teeth and the thickness of alveolar bone of labial and palatine side in the anterior teeth was pointed out. There were racial and regional differences in cephalometric measurement of maxillary anterior teeth. Objective: to analyze the correlation between alveolar bone morphology and labial inclination of incisor in Xinjiang Uygur and Han adolescents. Methods: 60 Uygur and Han nationality patients aged 11 to 16 years old, with an average age of 13.8 years, were selected. Lateral radiographs were taken to measure the alveolar bone thickness and labial inclination of the upper and lower anterior teeth. SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used to compare and analyze the measurement results. Results and conclusion in Han nationality, the thickness of alveolar bone of maxillary incisor was negatively correlated with the degree of labial inclination of maxillary incisor, and the thickness of alveolar bone of mandibular incisor was positively correlated with the degree of labial inclination of lower incisor.) Uygur: maxillary incisor There was a negative correlation between the alveolar bone thickness of the apical palatal side and the labial inclination of the upper incisor. There was a positive correlation between the alveolar bone thickness of the mandibular incisor and the labial inclination of the lower incisor. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the thickness of the alveolar bone of the mandibular incisor and the labial inclination of the lower incisor. The thickness of alveolar bone of maxillary incisor decreased with the increase of labial inclination of maxillary incisor, and the thickness of alveolar bone of maxillary incisor increased with the increase of labial inclination of lower incisor in Uygur and Han nationality.
