【摘要】：通過口腔錐形束CT(CBCT)掃描、三維重建和測量上頜第一磨牙與上頜竇及周圍牙槽骨的距離,研究上頜第一磨牙即刻種植的可行性。在CBCT系統(tǒng)的軟件里對200例上頜骨影像數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行測量分析,測量上頜第一磨牙牙槽嵴頂至上頜竇底的距離,根分叉頂至上頜竇底的距離,根分叉頂至頰、腭側(cè)牙槽骨表面的距離,牙根間隔牙槽骨在根頸處、根中處和根尖處的寬度,腭根根尖至上頜竇底的距離。上頜第一磨牙牙槽嵴頂至上頜竇底的距離男性平均為(12.80±2.59)mm,女性平均為(11.29±2.18)mm;根分叉頂與上頜竇底之間的骨高度男性平均為(9.15±0.49)mm,女性平均為(9.07±0.46)mm;上頜第一磨牙腭根根尖與上頜竇底之間骨高度男性平均為(2.38±0.69)mm,女性平均為(2.10±0.51)mm。上頜第一磨牙的即刻種植,建議選擇牙根間隔牙槽骨為植入位點(diǎn);腭根的拔牙窩直接植入種植體需慎重考慮。
[Abstract]:The distance between the maxillary first molar and the maxillary sinus and its surrounding alveolar bone was reconstructed and measured by the CT CBCT scanning of the oral conical bundle to study the feasibility of immediate implant of the maxillary first molar. The maxillary image data of 200 cases were measured and analyzed in CBCT software. The distance from the top of the alveolar ridge to the bottom of the maxillary sinus, the distance from the top of the root bifurcation to the buccal and the surface of the alveolar bone on the palatine side were measured. The width of the alveolar bone at the root neck, the middle and tip of the root, and the distance between the apex of the palatine root and the floor of the maxillary sinus. The average distance between the alveolar crest of maxillary first molar and the floor of maxillary sinus was 12.80 鹵2.59 mm for males and 11.29 鹵2.18 mm for females, the height of bone between the top of root bifurcation and the floor of maxillary sinus was 9.15 鹵0.49 mm for males and 9.07 鹵0.46 mm for females, respectively. The average height of bone between the sinus floor was 2.38 鹵0.69 mm in males and 2.10 鹵0.51mmmm. in females. For the immediate implant of maxillary first molar, it is suggested to select the alveolar bone of the root septum as the implant site, and the implant should be carefully considered for the extraction of the palatine root.
