【摘要】：目的:針對(duì)前牙美學(xué)區(qū)牙列缺損且修復(fù)條件異常的患者,選取不同修復(fù)方案進(jìn)行個(gè)體化修復(fù)并評(píng)價(jià)其臨床效果。方法:依據(jù)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn),選取接受種植修復(fù)治療并完成前牙美學(xué)區(qū)個(gè)體化修復(fù)的患者46例、共58顆種植修復(fù)體作為研究對(duì)象,隨訪3~24個(gè)月,觀察臨床效果并利用前牙區(qū)紅白美學(xué)指標(biāo)給予評(píng)分。結(jié)果:研究對(duì)象年齡18~69歲,平均隨訪期12.6個(gè)月。所有植體均獲得良好骨結(jié)合,未見植體失敗或種植體周圍炎病例。依據(jù)紅白美學(xué)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)評(píng)估3個(gè)月時(shí)種植修復(fù)體,紅色美學(xué)低分段者占1.72%,中分段者占44.83%,高分段者占53.45%;白色美學(xué)低分段者占0%,中分段者占20.69%,高分段者占79.31%。結(jié)論:前牙美學(xué)區(qū)個(gè)體化修復(fù)方案可有效改善缺牙患者的外觀,及時(shí)復(fù)診隨訪和口腔衛(wèi)生維護(hù)有利于避免種植體及修復(fù)體并發(fā)癥,長(zhǎng)期效果有待觀察。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of individualized restoration of dental dentition defect in aesthetic region of anterior teeth with abnormal repair conditions. Methods: according to the inclusive criteria, we selected 46 patients who received implant restoration and completed individualized restoration of anterior teeth aesthetic area, 58 implants were selected as study objects, followed up for 3 ~ 24 months. The clinical effect was observed and the score was evaluated by the red and white aesthetic index of anterior teeth. Results: the subjects were 18 to 69 years old, with an average follow-up period of 12.6 months. All the implants had good osseous union, and there were no cases of implant failure or peri-implant inflammation. According to the criteria of red and white aesthetics, the implant restoration was evaluated at 3 months. The proportion of low segment of red aesthetics was 1.72, that of middle segment was 44.83, that of high score was 53.45, that of low segment of white aesthetics was 0, that of middle segment was 20.69 and that of high score was 79.31. Conclusion: individualized restoration in anterior aesthetic area can effectively improve the appearance of patients with dental defects. Timely follow-up and oral hygiene maintenance can help to avoid the complications of implant and prosthesis. The long-term effect remains to be observed.
