生物活性玻璃用于緩解活髓牙全冠預(yù)備后敏感的效果評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:目的:評(píng)價(jià)45S5型生物活性玻璃粉末緩解活髓牙預(yù)備后敏感的臨床療效。方法:按照臨床試驗(yàn)納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)招募受試者,納入活髓牙需行全冠修復(fù)患者18例,共31顆牙齒。采用自身前后對(duì)照、單盲的研究方法,先后涂布安慰劑(氧化鋅粉末)和45S5型生物活性玻璃脫敏劑于受試牙上,并在基線時(shí)和應(yīng)用安慰劑及生物活性玻璃粉末后,分別采用壓力敏感探針法和冷空氣噴吹法測(cè)量牙齒敏感程度,同時(shí)記錄患者牙齒敏感的Tactile值、患者主觀視覺模擬評(píng)分量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)數(shù)值和術(shù)者客觀Schiff評(píng)分。結(jié)果:基線時(shí)和應(yīng)用安慰劑及生物活性玻璃后測(cè)量到的Tactile值分別為(29.03±9.44)g、(29.68±9.48)g和(44.19±11.19)g,冷空氣刺激VAS值分別為(50.79±22.92)mm、(46.63±22.06)mm和(30.90±20.30)mm,術(shù)者Schiff評(píng)分分別為2.13±0.67、1.97±0.66和1.42±0.56。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析結(jié)果表明,應(yīng)用生物活性玻璃粉末后的Tactile值、冷空氣刺激VAS值、術(shù)者Schiff評(píng)分與基線時(shí)和應(yīng)用安慰劑后差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),而基線時(shí)和應(yīng)用安慰劑后Tactile值、冷空氣刺激VAS值、術(shù)者Schiff評(píng)分差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),Schiff評(píng)分的差異與性別、牙位、是否二次備牙相關(guān)。結(jié)論:45S5型生物活性玻璃粉末對(duì)于活髓牙預(yù)備后的牙齒敏感有緩解作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical efficacy of 45 S 5 bioactive glass powder in relieving the sensitivity of active pulp teeth. Methods: according to the criteria of clinical trial inclusion and exclusion, 18 patients (31 teeth) with total crown repair were recruited. In this study, placebo (zinc oxide powder) and 45S5 bioactive glass desensitizer were applied to the teeth before and after self-control and single-blind study, and at baseline and after the application of placebo and bioactive glass powder. The sensitivity of teeth was measured by pressure sensitive probe method and cold air injection method. The values of Tactile, subjective visual analogue scale (VAS) and objective Schiff score were recorded. Results: the values of Tactile measured at baseline, placebo and bioactive glass were 29.03 鹵9.44g, 29.68 鹵9.48g and 44.19 鹵11.19g, respectively, while the values of cold air stimulated VAS were 50.79 鹵22.92ng, 46.63 鹵22.06)mm and 30.90 鹵20.30mm. the Schiff scores were 2.13 鹵0.671.97 鹵0.66 and 1.42 鹵0.56mm. The results of statistical analysis showed that there were significant differences in Tactile value, VAS value after using bioactive glass powder, Schiff score of the operator with baseline and placebo, and Tactile value with baseline and placebo, respectively. There was no significant difference in Schiff score between the two groups after cold air stimulation (VAS). The difference of Schiff score was related to sex, tooth position and secondary tooth preparation. Conclusion\%\
