Er∶YAG激光對牙體硬組織切割效率及表面形態(tài)的影響

【摘要】:目的觀察Er∶YAG激光不同頻率和照射時間對牙體硬組織切割效率和表面形態(tài)的影響。方法 80個牙釉質(zhì)樣本和80個牙本質(zhì)樣本分別按照射時間10 s和20 s,使用隨機數(shù)字表法分為兩組(n=40),每組再分為5個亞組(n=8),分別用頻率為10、15、20、25、30 Hz Er∶YAG激光對每個樣本進行照射,體視顯微鏡測量牙釉質(zhì)和牙本質(zhì)凹坑直徑、深度,掃描電鏡觀察牙釉質(zhì)和牙本質(zhì)表面形態(tài)。結(jié)果 Er∶YAG激光頻率10~20 Hz、照射時間10 s及20 s時,牙釉質(zhì)和牙本質(zhì)凹坑的直徑、深度隨頻率增加和照射時間延長而增加(P0.05);Er∶YAG激光頻率25~30 Hz、照射時間10 s及20 s時,牙釉質(zhì)和牙本質(zhì)凹坑的直徑、深度隨頻率增加和照射時間延長出現(xiàn)緩慢增加的趨勢(P0.05)。掃描電鏡下觀察,牙釉質(zhì)和牙本質(zhì)表面形態(tài)發(fā)生了一定的變化,Er∶YAG激光頻率為25~30 Hz時,牙釉質(zhì)和牙本質(zhì)表面出現(xiàn)裂紋、熔融等熱損傷現(xiàn)象。結(jié)論 Er∶YAG激光適宜的頻率和照射時間不僅可以獲得牙體硬組織良好的切割效率,而且不會引起牙體硬組織表面形態(tài)熱損傷。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of different frequency and irradiation time of er: YAG laser on cutting efficiency and surface morphology of hard tissue. Methods 80 samples of enamel and 80 samples of dentin were randomly divided into two groups according to the firing time of 10 s and 20 s. Each group was divided into 5 subgroups. The diameter and depth of enamel and dentin pits were measured by stereoscopic microscope and the morphology of enamel and dentin surface was observed by scanning electron microscope. Results the diameter and depth of enamel and dentin pits increased with the increase of frequency and irradiation time of 10: YAG laser frequency 10 ~ 20 Hz, irradiation time 10 s and 20 s, and the depth of er: YAG laser frequency increased with the increase of frequency and irradiation time, the frequency of er: YAG laser was 2530 Hz, and the irradiation time was 10 s and 20 s. The diameter and depth of enamel and dentin pits increased slowly with the increase of frequency and irradiation time. The surface morphology of enamel and dentin was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). When the frequency of er: YAG laser was 2530 Hz, the surface of enamel and dentin was cracked and melted. Conclusion the suitable frequency and irradiation time of er: YAG laser can not only obtain good cutting efficiency of hard tissue of tooth, but also can not cause thermal damage to the surface of hard tissue of tooth.
