不同正畸力對上頜尖牙移動速率影響的分析

【摘要】:目的:通過測量上頜尖牙在不同時間內(nèi)不同正畸力值作用下牙齒移動的距離,探索牙齒移動和最適力的關(guān)系。方法:選取32例處于生長發(fā)育期的患者為研究對象,隨機分成4組。依組別分別對其上頜右側(cè)的尖牙給予50、100、150、250g的遠中移動的初始力。對側(cè)尖牙不加力,為對照組。測量不同時間內(nèi)全部樣本左右側(cè)尖牙移動的距離。結(jié)果:尖牙受力后不同時間內(nèi)牙齒移動速率不同,有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01),不同力值作用下的各組牙齒移動速率也不同(P0.01),二者有交互作用。結(jié)論:對于上頜尖牙,當正畸加載力小于100g時,移動速率隨著力值的增大而不斷增加。但當超過100g后,隨著力值的增加,牙齒移動速率增加不明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the relationship between tooth movement and optimal force by measuring the distance of tooth movement under different orthodontic force in different time. Methods: 32 patients were randomly divided into 4 groups. The right canine teeth of the maxilla were given an initial force of 50,150,250g of distal movement by group. The contralateral canine teeth did not add force, as the control group. The distance between left and right canine movement of all samples was measured at different times. Results: the rate of tooth movement was different in different time after force, which had statistical significance (P 0.01). The rate of tooth movement was also different in each group under different force values, and there was interaction between the two groups. Conclusion: for maxillary canine, when the orthodontic loading force is less than 100 g, the moving rate increases with the increase of force. But when more than 100 g, with the increase of force, the rate of tooth movement is not obvious.
