類金剛石涂層與未涂層鎳鈦絲在人工唾液中耐腐蝕性能的比較

【摘要】:目的:比較類金剛石涂層(DLC)鎳鈦絲和未涂層鎳鈦絲在不同pH值和氟離子(F-)濃度的人工唾液中的耐腐蝕性能,為DLC在正畸治療中的應(yīng)用提供依據(jù)。方法:采用射頻磁控濺射技術(shù)在鎳鈦絲上制備DLC,激光拉曼光譜(Raman)對鎳鈦絲進(jìn)行表征;DLC鎳鈦絲作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,未涂層鎳鈦絲作為對照組,2組鎳鈦絲分別浸泡在4組不同F(xiàn)-濃度和pH值的人工唾液中,即pH7+0%F-組、pH7+0.2%F-組、pH7+0.5%F-組和pH5+0.5%F-組。采用電化學(xué)工作站經(jīng)典三電極體系繪制動電位極化(Tafel)曲線,并測定2組鎳鈦絲的自腐蝕電位(Ecorr)和腐蝕電流密度(Icorr);掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察2組鎳鈦絲經(jīng)人工唾液腐蝕前后表面形態(tài)學(xué)。結(jié)果:Raman顯示D峰和G峰,表明鎳鈦絲表面已鍍有DLC。電化學(xué)腐蝕實(shí)驗(yàn),與pH7+0%F-組比較,pH7+0.2%F-組DLC鎳鈦絲的Ecorr降低(P0.05),Icorr升高(P0.05);未涂層鎳鈦絲的Ecorr降低(P0.05),Icorr升高,但差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。與pH7+0.5%F-組比較,pH5+0.5%F-組DLC鎳鈦絲和未涂層鎳鈦絲的Ecorr降低(P0.05),Icorr升高(P0.05)。在同組人工唾液中,實(shí)驗(yàn)組鎳鈦絲的Ecorr均高于對照組(P0.05),Icorr均低于對照組(P0.05)。實(shí)驗(yàn)組和對照組鎳鈦絲的Tafel曲線隨F-濃度增加和pH值降低依次向左偏移,提示耐腐蝕效果降低;SEM觀察到腐蝕后鎳鈦絲表面有點(diǎn)狀腐蝕,且對照組鎳鈦絲表面點(diǎn)狀腐蝕多于實(shí)驗(yàn)組。結(jié)論:DLC鎳鈦絲耐腐蝕性較未涂層鎳鈦絲有所增強(qiáng),但pH值降低和F-濃度增大均會降低其耐腐蝕性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the corrosion resistance of diamond-like carbon (DLC) nickel titanium wire and uncoated nickel titanium wire in artificial saliva with different pH value and F-F concentration in order to provide evidence for the application of DLC in orthodontic treatment. Methods: DLCs were prepared on Ni-Ti wire by RF magnetron sputtering technique. Laser Raman spectroscopy (Ram) was used to characterize the Ni-Ti wire as experimental group. The uncoated nickel-titanium wire was soaked in artificial saliva of different F- concentration and pH value in 4 groups, namely pH 7.0 F- group and pH 7 0.2% F- group, pH 7 0.5 F- group and pH5 0.5 F- group respectively. The electrochemistry workstation system was used to draw the Tafel curve of electrokinetic polarization, and the self-corrosion potential Ecorr and the corrosion current density of the two groups of nickel titanium wire were measured, and the surface morphology of the two groups of nickel titanium wire before and after the corrosion of artificial saliva was observed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results the D and G peaks of the Ni Ti wire were shown by the W Raman spectra, indicating that there was DLC on the surface of the Ni Ti wire. In the electrochemical corrosion test, compared with the pH 7.0 F- group, the Ecorr of the DLC nickel titanium wire in the pH 7.0 / F- group decreased P0.05% and that of the uncoated Ni-Ti wire increased P0.05, but there was no significant difference between the two groups, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Compared with the pH 7.5% F- group, the Ecorr of DLC Ni-Ti wire and uncoated Ni-Ti wire in pH5 0.5 F- group decreased P0.05 and Icorr increased. In the artificial saliva of the same group, the Ecorr of Ni-Ti wire in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05) and Icorr was lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). The Tafel curve of Ni-Ti wire in the experimental group and control group shifted to the left with the increase of F- concentration and the decrease of pH value, indicating that the corrosion resistance was reduced and the surface of Ni-Ti wire was observed to be punctate corrosion after corrosion by SEM. The surface corrosion of nickel titanium wire in the control group was more than that in the experimental group. Conclusion the corrosion resistance of% DLC Ni-Ti wire is better than that of uncoated Ni-Ti wire, but the decrease of pH value and the increase of F- concentration will decrease its corrosion resistance.
