【摘要】：目的比較視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分與Wong-Baker面部表情分級(jí)評(píng)分評(píng)定兒童牙齒疼痛的效果差異,尋找適宜兒童牙科畏懼行為管理的兒童疼痛評(píng)估法。方法選擇150例3~14歲拔牙的兒童,用視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分和Wong-Baker面部表情分級(jí)評(píng)分對(duì)兒童進(jìn)行牙齒疼痛的評(píng)定,然后進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分和WongBaker面部表情分級(jí)評(píng)分兩種測(cè)定方法測(cè)定的牙齒疼痛存在年齡上的差異(P=0.000),在性別上,組間視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分無(wú)明顯差異(P=0.179),但在3~6歲組男女之間有明顯差異(P=0.000);Wong-Baker面部表情分級(jí)評(píng)分無(wú)明顯差異(P=0.776)。結(jié)論 Wong-Baker面部表情分級(jí)評(píng)分比視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分更客觀、簡(jiǎn)便,是適宜兒童牙科畏懼行為管理的兒童疼痛評(píng)估法。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of visual analogue score and Wong-Baker facial expression score on dental pain in children and to find a suitable method for children's dental fear behavior management. Methods Tooth pain was evaluated by visual analogue score and Wong-Baker facial expression score in 150 children aged 3 to 14 years old. Results the visual analogue score and WongBaker facial expression score were different in age and gender. There was no significant difference in visual analogue score between groups (P < 0. 179), but there was no significant difference between male and female (P 0. 000) and Wong-Baker facial expression grading (P = 0. 776). Conclusion Wong-Baker facial expression score is more objective and simple than visual analogue score, and it is suitable for children's dental fear behavior management.
