伊犁黑蜂蜂膠對釉質(zhì)脫礦和再礦化作用的實驗研究

【摘要】:目的:通過體外實驗研究伊犁黑蜂蜂膠對牙釉質(zhì)脫礦和再礦化的作用,評價其防齲效果。方法:應用離體牛切牙制備釉質(zhì)樣本60個,隨機分為3組:蜂膠組、氟化鈉組(陽性對照)和去離子水組(陰性對照)。分別進行體外脫礦和再礦化實驗,應用掃描電鏡觀察釉質(zhì)表面形態(tài),采用激光共聚焦掃描顯微鏡觀察釉質(zhì)脫礦程度,通過測量釉質(zhì)切片的熒光面積、總熒光量和病損平均熒光量對抑制脫礦和促進再礦化的效果進行量化,采用單因素方差分析進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結(jié)果:1.掃描電鏡觀察示:脫礦后三組都可見釉質(zhì)表面不平整,但氟化鈉組和蜂膠組可見釉質(zhì)表面顆粒的再附著,去離子水組釉質(zhì)表面凹凸不平且未見顆粒附著;再礦化后三組釉質(zhì)表面都有不同程度的形態(tài)恢復,氟化鈉組的釉質(zhì)表面較脫礦后更加平整,有許多圓形或橢圓形的細密顆粒沉積,而去離子水組和蜂膠組仍可見釉柱中心發(fā)生脫礦所形成的凹坑。2.激光共聚焦掃描顯微鏡觀察示:脫礦后氟化鈉組和蜂膠組的熒光面積、總熒光量和平均熒光量均較去離子水組小,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);蜂膠組的熒光面積、總熒光量和平均熒光量均較氟化鈉組大,作用雖弱于氟化鈉組,但差異不具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。再礦化后氟化鈉組的熒光面積、總熒光量和平均熒光量均較去離子水組和蜂膠組小,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);蜂膠組的熒光面積、總熒光量和平均熒光量雖均較去離子水組小,但差異不具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:伊犁黑蜂蜂膠能夠有效抑制牙釉質(zhì)脫礦,但不具備促進脫礦牙釉質(zhì)再礦化的作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of Erie bee propolis on demineralization and remineralization of enamel in vitro, and to evaluate the effect of propolis on dental caries. Methods: sixty samples of enamel were prepared from bovine incisors in vitro. They were randomly divided into three groups: propolis group, sodium fluoride group (positive control group) and deionized water group (negative control group). In vitro demineralization and remineralization experiments were carried out respectively. The surface morphology of enamel was observed by scanning electron microscope. The demineralization degree of enamel was observed by laser confocal scanning microscope. The fluorescence area of enamel slice was measured. The total fluorescence and the average fluorescence of the lesion were used to quantify the effect of inhibiting demineralization and promoting the mineralization. The single factor variance analysis was used for statistical analysis. The result is 1: 1. SEM observation showed that the enamel surface was uneven in the three groups after demineralization, but the reattachment of enamel particles could be seen in sodium fluoride group and propolis group, while in deionized water group, the enamel surface was uneven and no particles attached. After remineralization, the enamel surface of the three groups recovered to varying degrees. The enamel surface of the sodium fluoride group was more smooth than that of the demineralized group, and there were a lot of round or elliptical fine particles deposited on the enamel surface. However, deionized water group and propolis formation can still be seen in the center of the enamel post demineralized pit. 2. Laser confocal scanning microscopy showed that the fluorescence area, total fluorescence and average fluorescence of sodium fluoride group and propolis group after demineralization were smaller than those of deionized water group (P 0.05), the fluorescence area of propolis group was lower than that of deionized water group, the fluorescence area of propolis group was lower than that of deionized water group. The total fluorescence quantity and average fluorescence quantity were larger than that of sodium fluoride group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05), although the effect was weaker than that of sodium fluoride group. The fluorescence area, total fluorescence and average fluorescence of sodium fluoride group after mineralization were smaller than those of deionized water group and propolis group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), the fluorescence area, total fluorescence quantity and average fluorescence quantity of propolis group were smaller than those of deionized water group. But the difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: Ili bee propolis can effectively inhibit enamel demineralization, but it does not promote demineralization of demineralized enamel.
