【摘要】：目的:比較雙手引導(dǎo)法和自主后退法確定的下頜后退接觸位切點(diǎn)位移的關(guān)系。方法:選擇12名年輕健康受試者,分別以自主后退法和雙手引導(dǎo)法確定正中關(guān)系位,通過下頜運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡記錄儀記錄切點(diǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,觀察從牙尖交錯(cuò)位到后退接觸位切點(diǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡在水平面投影的特點(diǎn),測(cè)量?jī)煞N方法獲取的后退接觸位切點(diǎn)與牙尖交錯(cuò)位切點(diǎn)之間的距離。結(jié)果:除1例受試者通過兩種方法獲取的切點(diǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡在水平面的投影有輕度偏斜,其余11名受試者的切點(diǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡均為直線向后。自主后退法、雙手引導(dǎo)法切點(diǎn)總位移量分別為(1.15±0.64)mm和(0.98±0.29)mm,兩種方法獲得的后退接觸位切點(diǎn)與牙尖交錯(cuò)位切點(diǎn)之間的位移量相比,差異沒有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:自主后退法與雙手引導(dǎo)法確定的后退接觸位切點(diǎn)與牙尖交錯(cuò)位切點(diǎn)之間的位移基本一致。
[Abstract]:Objective: To compare the relationship between the cut point displacement of the mandibular back contact position determined by the two hands guidance and the self regressive method. Methods: 12 young healthy subjects were selected to determine the median relationship by the self regressive method and the two hand guidance method, and the trajectory of the tangent point was recorded by the mandibular track recorder, and the dislocation from the tooth tip to the back contact was observed. The distance between the two methods and the distance between the cutting points of the back contact position and the point of the tooth tip is measured by the two methods. Results: there is a slight deviation in the projection of the tangent trajectory of the tangent points obtained by the 1 subjects through the two methods. The cutting point of the other 11 subjects is straight line direction. After the self-directed regression method, the total displacement of the cut point of the two hands is (1.15 + 0.64) mm and (0.98 + 0.29) mm respectively. There is no significant difference in the displacement between the cut points of the back contact position and the intersection point of the tooth tip (P0.05). Conclusion: the cut point of the back contact position and the tooth tip determined by the self retreating method and the two hands guidance method are determined by the two methods. The displacements between the intersection points are basically the same.
