【摘要】：目的評估上頜前牙區(qū)即刻種植即刻負(fù)重中采取帶骨膜游離結(jié)締組織移植的臨床美學(xué)效果。方法選擇合適的65例患者微創(chuàng)拔牙后即刻植入種植體共65枚,均在種植區(qū)采取帶骨膜游離結(jié)締組織移植,其中10例患者植入Bio-oss骨粉,術(shù)后即刻臨時義齒修復(fù),待植體骨結(jié)合后行永久修復(fù)。從術(shù)前到永久修復(fù)后18個月,分期進(jìn)行美學(xué)評價,包括唇側(cè)豐滿度和種植體紅色美學(xué)分值(PES)。結(jié)果在追蹤評估期間內(nèi),術(shù)前唇側(cè)豐滿度為0度5個牙位,Ⅰ度60個牙位,Ⅱ度0個牙位。即刻修復(fù)后,0個度0牙位,Ⅰ度45個牙位,Ⅱ度20個牙位。永久復(fù)后3個月PES總分值達(dá)到最大。結(jié)論在上頜美學(xué)區(qū)進(jìn)行單牙即刻種植即刻負(fù)重時,采取帶骨膜游離結(jié)締組織移植,可以獲得較好的美學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical aesthetic effect of immediate implants with periosteum free connective tissue transplantation in maxillary anterior teeth. Methods Sixty-five implants were implanted immediately after minimally invasive extraction in 65 patients. All of them were transplanted with free connective tissue with periosteum, 10 of them were implanted with Bio-oss bone powder, and temporary dentures were repaired immediately after operation. A permanent repair is performed after the implants are combined. From preoperative to 18 months after permanent restoration, aesthetic evaluation was carried out by stages, including lip fullness and implant red aesthetic score. Results during the period of follow-up and evaluation, the degree of fullness of lip was 0 degree in 5 teeth, 60 in grade I, and 0 in degree 鈪，
