【摘要】：正本文回顧性研究上頜中切牙阻生病例,根據(jù)牙冠在牙槽骨中的位置及冠根相對(duì)位置和角度分類,通過(guò)對(duì)比分析,探討影響阻生牙預(yù)后的因素,為臨床診治提供借鑒。1臨床資料和方法1.1臨床資料選取2004-01—2013-01在我院正畸科就診的7~15歲上頜中切牙埋伏阻生患者112例。納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn):①牙冠阻生,健側(cè)同名牙已完全萌出(雙側(cè)阻生者參照側(cè)切牙已萌);②資料完整,治療前、中、后均拍攝全景片、頭側(cè)位片及根尖片,記存模型及面頜像記錄;③替牙期及恒牙初期;
[Abstract]:According to the position of crown in alveolar bone and the relative position and angle of crown root, the factors influencing the prognosis of impacted teeth were studied retrospectively. To provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment, 112 cases of maxillary central incisor with impacted upper incisor who were treated in orthodontics department from January to January 2013 in our hospital were selected. Inclusion standard 1: 1 crown impaction, the healthy side of the same name tooth has completely erupted (bilateral obstructed person refers to lateral incisor has sprouting 2 data is complete, before treatment, in the middle, after all take panorama, cephalometric film and root tip film, record the model and facial image record; (3) replacement and early permanent teeth;
