氟保護漆抑制酸性含乳飲料對乳牙釉質脫礦的作用

【摘要】:目的:研究氟保護漆應用于乳牙釉質表面對酸性含乳飲料致離體乳牙釉質脫礦的抑制作用,闡明氟保護漆的抗脫礦作用,為氟保護漆的臨床推廣及嬰幼兒群防提供實驗室依據(jù)。方法:將預備好的30個無齲、無明顯裂紋及釉質發(fā)育缺陷的乳牙唇側釉質塊隨機分為人工唾液A組(對照組)、B組(酸性含乳飲料組)、C組(0.1%氟保護漆組),每組10個標本。C組標本之釉質表面用小毛刷均勻涂布氟保護漆2次,自然晾干45 min。A組置于37℃恒溫的10 mL人工唾液中浸泡4 d。B、C 2組在37℃恒溫水箱中浸泡于10 mL酸性含乳飲料中,浸泡2 min,取出1 min,再浸泡,共9 min。3次/d,共4 d。3組牙釉質制作標本,應用場發(fā)射掃描電鏡和能譜分析儀,檢測乳牙釉質的表面形態(tài)變化,Ca2+、P3+含量數(shù)值(重量百分比)及Ca2+、P3+比值,采用SPSS 11.5軟件包對數(shù)據(jù)進行統(tǒng)計學分析。結果:酸性含乳飲料浸泡可致乳牙釉質Ca2+、P3+含量顯著降低(P0.01)。氟保護漆處理后的釉質Ca2+、P3+含量降低程度顯著低于酸性含乳飲料浸泡組(P0.01)。結論:酸性含乳飲料對乳牙釉質表面有較強的酸蝕脫礦作用。釉質表面應用氟保護漆可增加硬度,在一定程度上抑制乳牙釉質在酸性含乳飲料中的脫礦,但不能完全抵御飲料的酸蝕。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the inhibitory effect of fluorine protective paint applied on enamel surface of primary tooth on demineralization of isolated primary enamel induced by acidic milk drink, and to elucidate the anti-demineralization effect of fluorine protective paint, and to provide laboratory basis for clinical application of fluoride protective paint and prevention of infant and young children. Methods: 30 caries free of caries were prepared. The labial enamel masses of deciduous teeth without obvious cracks and enamel development defects were randomly divided into artificial saliva group A (control group, group B) (acidic milk beverage group, group C, 0. 1% fluorine protective paint group), each group of 10 specimens with small enamel surface.
