【摘要】：目的:探究分析深圳市福田區(qū)益田社區(qū)老年人根面齲的干預效果。方法:2013年1月~2015年1月從福田區(qū)益田社區(qū)隨機選取65歲以上老年人100例,分為干預組(n=50)和對照組(n=50),利用社康中心每年為65歲以上老年人進行一次健康體檢,開展基線調(diào)查,掌握老年人根面齲情況,并進行風險評估。干預組采用健康教育聯(lián)合根面涂玻璃離子保護膜為核心的綜合干預,對照組不采取任何干預,隨訪18個月,觀察兩組老年人的根面齲防治效果。結果:嗜好甜食、睡前刷牙習慣以及刷牙頻率等因素是影響老年人根面齲發(fā)生的關鍵因素,干預組老年人根面齲防治成功率(92.0%)顯著高于對照組(64.0%),兩組比較具有顯著性統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論:健康教育聯(lián)合根面涂玻璃離子保護膜干預能夠有效提高社區(qū)老年人根面齲的防治效果,針對老年人根面齲發(fā)生的影響因素,應指導老年人注意日常生活習慣的改善,加強健康教育指導,同時采取根面涂玻璃離子保護膜的防護措施,最大程度上降低老年根面齲發(fā)生率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore and analyze the intervention effect of root caries in Yitian community of Shenzhen. Methods: from January 2013 to January 2015, 100 elderly people over 65 years old were randomly selected from Yitian Community, Futian District, and divided into two groups: the intervention group and the control group. To understand the situation of root caries in the elderly and carry out risk assessment. The intervention group was treated with health education combined with glass-ion protective film as the core, while the control group did not take any intervention. The two groups were followed up for 18 months to observe the prevention and cure effect of root caries in the two groups. Results: the main factors affecting the occurrence of root caries in the elderly were the sweet tooth preference, the habit of brushing teeth before bedtime and the frequency of tooth brushing. The success rate of root caries prevention in the intervention group (92.0%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (64.0%), and there was significant statistical significance between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: health education combined with glass ion protective film on root surface can effectively improve the prevention and cure effect of root surface caries in community. In view of the influencing factors of root surface caries in the elderly, it is necessary to guide the elderly to improve their daily living habits. Health education should be strengthened and the protective measures of glass ion protective film on the root surface should be taken to reduce the incidence of root caries in the elderly to the greatest extent.
