【摘要】：目的:分析下切牙傾斜度在不同垂直骨面型側(cè)貌美觀患者中的差異,為臨床矯治設(shè)計提供參考。方法:收集正畸固定矯治結(jié)束的側(cè)貌美觀女性患者137例,按前顱底平面與下頜平面交角(∠SN-MP)將患者分為3組:低角組(31例)、均角組(89例)及高角組(17例),測量下中切牙與下頜平面交角(∠L1/MP)、下中切牙與上齒槽座點-頦前點連線交角(∠L1/A-Pog),協(xié)方差分析不同組間的差異。結(jié)果:∠L1/MP(°)在高角組中最小,低角組中最大,均角組居中,3組間差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=17.38,P0.001),∠L1/A-Pog(°)在3組間差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(F=2.63,P0.05)。結(jié)論:高角型側(cè)貌美觀患者下切牙舌向傾斜代償,低角型唇向傾斜代償,在制訂矯治計劃時應(yīng)結(jié)合患者垂直骨面型,綜合考慮患者下切牙的傾斜度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the difference of lower incisor inclination in different vertical bone facial appearance patients, and to provide reference for clinical orthodontic design. Methods: 137 female patients with beautiful side appearance after orthodontic fixation were collected. The patients were divided into three groups according to the angle of anterior skull base plane to mandibular plane ( SN-MPP): low angle group (31 cases), average angle group (89 cases) and high angle group (17 cases). The angle of inferior central incisor and mandibular plane was measured. Angle of intersection of anterior mental line (1 / A-Pogg), covariance analysis of differences between different groups. Results: the average angle group was the lowest in the high angle group and the largest in the low angle group. There was significant difference in the mean angle group between the middle group and the middle angle group (P 0.001), and there was no significant difference between the three groups in the angle L 1 / A Pogo (擄). There was no significant difference between the three groups in the mean angle group (F = 2.63P 0.05). Conclusion: the lower incisor obliquity compensation and low angle labial obliquity compensation in the patients with high angle lateral beauty should be combined with the vertical bone facial type and the inclination of the lower incisor should be taken into account in the preparation of the orthodontic plan.
