【摘要】：目的:比較新型口腔生物陶瓷材料iRoot BP Plus和傳統(tǒng)材料三氧化礦化聚合物(MTA)對LPS誘導(dǎo)小鼠炎癥性骨破壞的影響。方法:24只BABL/C小鼠隨機平分為4組,分別注射PBS、LPS(10 mg/kg)、iRoot BP Plus浸提液+LPS和MTA浸提液+LPS,1次/d。7d后取顱蓋骨,通過顯微CT掃描、HE染色、酶組織化學(xué)和組織免疫熒光染色,觀察骨破壞程度、破骨細(xì)胞以及組織蛋白酶K的表達。結(jié)果:iRoot BP Plus和MTA可有效減輕小鼠顱蓋骨炎性骨破壞,抑制破骨細(xì)胞的形成和吸收能力,并明顯降低與破骨功能相關(guān)的組織蛋白酶K的表達。結(jié)論:iRoot BP Plus對小鼠炎性骨破壞有抑制作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the effects of iRoot BP Plus, a new oral bioceramic material, and MTAA, a traditional biomaterial, on lipopolysaccharide induced inflammatory bone destruction in mice. Methods Twenty four Babl / C mice were randomly divided into 4 groups. The cranial bony bone was obtained by injection of 10 mg / kg LPSN 10 mg / kg BP Plus and LPS1 / 7 d MTA respectively. Bone damage was observed by microCT scanning HE staining, enzyme histochemistry and tissue immunofluorescence staining. Expression of osteoclasts and cathepsin K. Results the ratio of iRoot BP Plus and MTA could effectively reduce the inflammatory bone destruction, inhibit the formation and absorption of osteoclasts, and decrease the expression of cathepsin K related to osteoclast function in mice. Conclusion: 1% iRoot BP Plus has inhibitory effect on inflammatory bone destruction in mice.
