【摘要】：目的觀察消潰散聯(lián)合復(fù)方甲硝唑漱口液治療依維莫司所致口腔潰瘍的臨床治療效果。方法按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法將30例口服依維莫司后出現(xiàn)口腔潰瘍的乳腺癌患者隨機(jī)分為治療組和對(duì)照組,每組15例。對(duì)照組患者給予復(fù)方甲硝唑漱口液漱口,治療組在此基礎(chǔ)上給予消潰散外用,從出現(xiàn)口腔潰瘍后24h開始用藥,用藥第1、3、5天進(jìn)行潰瘍面觀察以及疼痛評(píng)分。記錄所有患者口腔潰瘍的治療有效率、疼痛緩解程度、疼痛評(píng)分及潰瘍愈合時(shí)間。結(jié)果治療組口腔潰瘍有效率為85.7%(12/14)高于對(duì)照組64.3%(9/14,P0.05);治療組疼痛緩解率[100.0%(14/14)]明顯高于對(duì)照組[64.3%(9/14),P0.05];與本組治療前比較,對(duì)照組治療后5天、治療組治療后3、5天疼痛評(píng)分降低(P0.05)。與對(duì)照組比較,治療后3、5天治療組疼痛評(píng)分明顯降低(P0.05)。治療組潰瘍愈合時(shí)間(4.5±1.7)d短于對(duì)照組(7.2±2.3)d(P0.05)。結(jié)論消潰散聯(lián)合復(fù)方甲硝唑漱口液治療依維莫司所致口腔潰瘍能有效緩解疼痛程度,加快潰瘍愈合時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical effect of Xiaoshusan combined with compound metronidazole gargle in the treatment of oral ulcer induced by ivermosine. Methods 30 patients with oral ulcer after oral administration were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 15 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given compound metronidazole gargle and the treatment group was given external application of Xiaozhousan on this basis. The drug was used 24 hours after the onset of oral ulcer. The ulcer surface was observed and the pain score was scored on the 5th day after the treatment. The effective rate, pain relief, pain score and healing time of all patients with oral ulcer were recorded. Results the effective rate of oral ulcer in the treatment group was 85.7% / 14) higher than that in the control group (64.3% 14 / 14), and the pain relief rate in the treatment group [100.030% 14 / 14] was significantly higher than that in the control group [64.3% 9 / 14% P 0.05]. Compared with the control group, the pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group 3 days after treatment. The healing time of ulcer in the treatment group was 4.5 鹵1.7 days shorter than that in the control group. Conclusion Xiaoliu Powder combined with compound metronidazole gargle can effectively relieve the pain and accelerate the healing time of oral ulcer caused by ivermosone.
