【摘要】：目的:探討應(yīng)用錐形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)定位、診斷,指導(dǎo)上頜尖牙-側(cè)切牙唇側(cè)易位的分步牽引治療。方法:選取在南京醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬口腔醫(yī)院正畸科矯治的上頜尖牙-側(cè)切牙唇側(cè)易位的青少年患者22例,計(jì)26顆尖牙,獲取其治療前的CBCT數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)其易位特征分為5類,并依據(jù)分類制定矯治方案,模擬矯治步驟與施力的方向,指導(dǎo)臨床治療。結(jié)果:19顆Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和部分Ⅳ類易位尖牙牽引復(fù)位,3顆Ⅳ、Ⅴ類易位尖牙牽引替代拔除的切牙,2顆Ⅳ類尖牙維持易位,2顆Ⅴ類尖牙被拔除。結(jié)論:CBCT輔助上頜唇側(cè)易位尖牙分類,指導(dǎo)治療方案的制定,提高治療成功率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the use of conical bundle CT(cone beam computed tomographyct to locate and diagnose maxillary canine and lateral incisor labial lateral translocation and to guide the step traction treatment of maxillary canine and lateral incisor labial translocation. Methods: Twenty-two adolescent patients with labial translocation of maxillary canine and lateral incisor were selected in the Orthodontic Department of affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Nanjing Medical University. The data of CBCT before treatment were obtained and classified into 5 categories according to their translocation characteristics.
