【摘要】：目的:應(yīng)用正畸治療難度、結(jié)果、需要指數(shù)(Index of orthodontic treatment Complexity,Outcome and Need;ICON)評(píng)價(jià)新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)生的正畸治療需要量及難度,為開(kāi)展防治提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:采用整群抽樣法,選取新疆醫(yī)科大學(xué)2008-2012屆大學(xué)四年級(jí)口腔醫(yī)學(xué)生619例,男性265例,女性354例;漢族376例,維吾爾族202例,其他民族41例;年齡為21-26歲,制取石膏模型,應(yīng)用ICON確定正畸治療需要量及難度。結(jié)果:研究結(jié)果以M(P25,P75)表示。男性ICON分值23(14,34.5),女性21(14,33),男女性別無(wú)差異(P0.05)。漢族ICON分值21(14,33),維吾爾族23(14,33),其他少數(shù)民族26(19.5,34),各民族間ICON分值無(wú)差異(P0.05)。根據(jù)ICON分值分類,正畸治療需要量方面:男性需要正畸治療者為34例(12.8%),女性需要治療者為29例(8.2%),男女性別無(wú)差異(P0.05)。族別間:漢族需要正畸治療者42例(11.2%),維族18例(8.9%),其他3例(7.3%),族別間無(wú)差異(P0.05)。正畸治療難度方面:“容易”占66.6%,“較容易”占28.3%,“中等難度”占3.2%,“困難”占2.4%,“非常困難”占1%,性別及族別均無(wú)差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.新疆口腔醫(yī)學(xué)生正畸需要量較少,難度較低,新疆地區(qū)牙病防治和宣傳工作有效開(kāi)展。2.ICON是一種可信、可重復(fù)、內(nèi)容全面的錯(cuò)（牙合）流行病學(xué)指數(shù),有利于確定正畸需要量、難度、結(jié)果改善度,建議推廣使用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the need and difficulty of orthodontic treatment for dental students in Xinjiang Medical University, and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of orthodontics. Methods: by cluster sampling, 619 Stomatological students, 265 males, 354 females, 376 Han, 202 Uygur and 41 other nationalities, aged 21-26 years, were selected from the fourth year of Xinjiang Medical University. ICON was used to determine the amount and difficulty of orthodontic treatment. Results: the results of the study were expressed as MU P 25 P 75). The score of ICON in male was 23 ~ 1414 ~ 34.5, and in female was 21 ~ 14 ~ (33). There was no difference between male and female (P < 0.05). The ICON score of Han nationality is 21 ~ 1414 ~ 33 ~ (th), that of Uygur nationality is 23 ~ 1414 ~ (33), that of other minority nationality is 2619.5n ~ (34), and there is no difference between them (P _ (0.05) ~ 0. 05). According to the classification of ICON, there were 34 male patients who needed orthodontic treatment and 29 female patients who needed orthodontic treatment. There was no difference between male and female patients (P 0.05). There were 42 cases of Han who needed orthodontic treatment, 18 cases of Uygur, and 3 cases of others. There was no difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The difficulty of orthodontic treatment was "easy" (66.6%), "easier" (28.3%), "moderate difficulty" (3.2%), "difficulty" (2.4%) and "very difficult" (1%). Conclusion 1. Xinjiang Stomatology students need less orthodontic needs and have less difficulty in orthodontic treatment and publicity. 2.ICON is a credible, repeatable and comprehensive occlusal epidemiological index, which is helpful to determine the orthodontic requirement. Degree of difficulty, result improvement, suggested to be popularized.
