【摘要】：目的:分析牙周基礎(chǔ)治療對牙周炎(CP)患者合并代謝綜合征(MS)血脂及血清脂蛋白相關(guān)磷脂酶A2(lipoproteinassociated phospholipase A2,LP-PLA2)的影響。方法:納入CP合并MS患者52例,在治療前和治療后3個月對其血脂水平、牙周臨床指數(shù)、白細(xì)胞(WBC)計數(shù)進(jìn)行檢測。結(jié)果:牙周基礎(chǔ)治療前后AL(mm)分別為5.02±0.68和3.61±0.43(P0.01),PD(mm)4.07±0.46和2.52±0.39(P0.01),BOP陽性位點(diǎn)(%)92.13±6.98和37.41±8.19(P0.01),PLI 1.38±0.29和0.89±0.27(P0.05),TG(mmol/L)1.99±0.42和1.45±0.32(P0.01),TC(mmol/L)6.11±0.38和5.17±0.41(P0.01),HDL(mmol/L)水平1.06±0.22和1.41±0.19(P0.05);治療前后WBCs(×103/L)分別為6.03±0.42和5.52±0.37(P0.01),血清LP-PLA2(mg/L)分別為31.02±9.81和23.89±14.15(P0.01)。結(jié)論:牙周基礎(chǔ)治療可以顯著改善CP合并MS患者的血脂水平。
[Abstract]:Aim: to analyze the effects of periodontal basic therapy on serum lipid and serum lipoprotein associated phospholipase (A2(lipoproteinassociated phospholipase A _ 2) and LP-PLA _ 2 (LP-PLA2) in patients with periodontitis complicated with metabolic syndrome (MS).
