聚合后處理對化學(xué)固化臨時冠材料殘留單體量的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討微波和水浴處理對聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及雙甲基丙烯酸復(fù)合樹脂臨時冠材料殘留單體量的影響。方法:2種材料各制備50 mm×30 mm×2 mm長方體9個,分成3組。對照組不處理;微波組在500 W微波條件下處理3 min;水浴組在55℃水中恒溫浸泡30 min。獲取試件浸提液后用高效液相色譜儀檢測殘留單體量。結(jié)果:聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯材料殘留單體質(zhì)量百分比:微波組(0.21%±0.07%)和水浴組(0.99%±0.17%)均小于對照組(2.60%±0.61%),組間兩兩比較P0.01。雙甲基丙烯酸復(fù)合樹脂材料殘留單體質(zhì)量百分比3組皆小于0.10%。結(jié)論:微波和水浴處理可有效降低聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯殘留單體量;雙甲基丙烯酸復(fù)合樹脂臨時冠材料無需微波和水浴處理。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of microwave and water bath treatment on the residual monomer content of polymethyl methacrylate and dimethacrylic acid composite resin.
