【摘要】：目的:利用錐形束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)測量腭部骨皮質(zhì)密度,分析腭部骨皮質(zhì)密度的分布規(guī)律。方法:選取107例20~40歲成人(男51例、女56例)的CBCT影像數(shù)據(jù),測量腭部28個點位的骨皮質(zhì)密度,以亨斯菲爾德單位(Hounsfield units,HU)表示,重復(fù)測量方差分析比較不同部位間骨密度差異,t檢驗比較骨密度的性別差異。結(jié)果:腭部各測量點位中骨皮質(zhì)密度最大值為(976.24±138.66)HU,最小值為(460.45±183.33)HU。除Y0X0、Y8X0、Y8X6、Y12X6、Y20X6、Y20X9、Y24X6和Y24X9外,其余20個測量點位的骨皮質(zhì)密度值性別差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。腭部骨皮質(zhì)密度有由前向后遞減的趨勢(P=0.000)。腭前部中縫旁3 mm區(qū)域的骨皮質(zhì)密度高于腭前部中縫區(qū)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:經(jīng)CBCT獲取了成人腭部骨皮質(zhì)密度的分布規(guī)律,為腭部微種植體植入部位的選擇提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Aim: to measure the density of crest cortex of palate by using conical bundle CT(cone beam computed tomographyCT-CTs, and to analyze the distribution of density of bone cortex of palate. Methods: CBCT images of 107 adults aged 20 to 40 (51 males and 56 females) were selected to measure the bone cortex density at 28 sites in the palate, according to Hounsfield unitsHUU, a Hensfield unit. Repeated measurement analysis of variance (ANOVA) was used to compare the difference of bone mineral density (BMD) between different sites. Results: the maximum value of bone cortex density was 976.24 鹵138.66 HUU and the minimum value was 460.45 鹵183.33 Hu. With the exception of Y0X0, Y8X0, Y8X6, Y12X6, Y20X6, Y20X9, Y24X6 and Y24X9, there were significant differences in the density of bone cortex between the other 20 measuring points (P 0.05). The density of crest of palate decreased from forward to backward. The density of bone cortex in 3 mm area of anterior palatal suture was higher than that in anterior palatine suture area (P0.05). Conclusion: the distribution of bone cortical density in adult palate was obtained by CBCT, which provides a reference for the selection of implant sites.
