長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)漢族青少年正常(牙合)Jarabak頭影測(cè)量分析方法全部指標(biāo)正常值的建立

【摘要】:實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)康模貉芯块L(zhǎng)春地區(qū)正常牙合漢族青少年Jarabak頭影測(cè)量分析法,分析不同性別人群顱頜面部結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)育特征,建立長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)正常牙合青少年Jarabak頭影測(cè)量分析法各指標(biāo)的正常值,為正畸醫(yī)師對(duì)錯(cuò)牙合畸形患者的病因機(jī)制、診斷設(shè)計(jì)提供參考值,便于針對(duì)不同患者制定不同的個(gè)體化治療方案,,提高正畸矯治的質(zhì)量和效率。同時(shí)推進(jìn)Roth-Williams矯治理念在長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)的應(yīng)用。 實(shí)驗(yàn)方法:通過(guò)對(duì)長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)3所中小學(xué)1500余名適齡青少年進(jìn)行普查,篩選出正常牙合青少年65例,男性30例,女性35例(平均年齡:男14.07±1.72,女14.34±1.43)。在自然頭位(Natural Head Position,NHP)下對(duì)每位受試者拍攝X線頭顱定位側(cè)位片,分別采用手工法和WinCeph8.0軟件對(duì)Jarabak頭影測(cè)量分析方法的測(cè)量標(biāo)志點(diǎn)進(jìn)行定點(diǎn),然后測(cè)量由這些標(biāo)記點(diǎn)所組成的線距、角度以及線距比等測(cè)量項(xiàng)目,得出測(cè)量結(jié)果,采用SPSS17.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)以性別作為分組依據(jù),對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行成組t檢驗(yàn),檢驗(yàn)水準(zhǔn)為ɑ=0.05。 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果:本研究得到長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)漢族青少年男性、女性正常牙合Jarabak頭影測(cè)量分析方法各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的正常值范圍,并對(duì)各項(xiàng)測(cè)量指標(biāo)進(jìn)行男女性別間的統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異比較,通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,得知所選實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象年齡無(wú)明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P=0.48)。牙性及軟組織測(cè)量指標(biāo)男性、女性之間無(wú)明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P>0.05)。S-N(mm)、S-Ar(mm)、Ar-Go(mm)、N-Go(mm)、S-Me(mm)、Go-Me(mm)、S-Go(mm)、N-Me(mm)等線距測(cè)量指標(biāo)存在明顯性別差異(P<0.01),男性大于女性。線距比Go-Me/S-N存在性別差異(P<0.05),男性小于女性。下頜平面角SN-GoGn(°)這一項(xiàng)角度測(cè)量指標(biāo)也存在男女性別差異(P<0.05),但差異不大,男性小于女性。其余骨性測(cè)量指標(biāo)不存在明顯性別差異。Jarabak比,即后面高度與前面高度的比值(S-Go/N-Me),男性為(70.92±4.23)%;女性為(67.53±4.12)%,無(wú)明顯性別差異(P>0.05)。 實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)論:建立了長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)青少年正常牙合Jarabak頭影測(cè)量分析法全部指標(biāo)的正常值,且測(cè)量指標(biāo)在長(zhǎng)春地區(qū)男女性別間存在如下分布特點(diǎn):①Jarabak頭影測(cè)量分析法中牙性指標(biāo)及軟組織指標(biāo)男女性別間無(wú)明顯統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異;②Jarabak頭影測(cè)量分析法中線距測(cè)量指標(biāo)存在明顯性別差異,男性大于女性;③Jarabak頭影測(cè)量分析法角度測(cè)量指標(biāo)中下頜平面角SN-GoGn(°)這項(xiàng)測(cè)量指標(biāo)具有性別差異(P<0.05),男性小于女性。④Jarabak比,即后面高度與前面高度的比值(S-Go/N-Me),男性為(70.92±4.23)%;女性為(67.53±4.12)%,無(wú)明顯性別差異(P>0.05)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the developmental characteristics of craniofacial structure in different sex population by Jarabak cephalometric analysis in normal Han nationality adolescents in Changchun area. To establish the normal value of Jarabak cephalometric analysis for normal occlusion adolescents in Changchun area, to provide reference value for the etiological mechanism and diagnostic design of orthodontists with malocclusion. To improve the quality and efficiency of orthodontic treatment. At the same time, promote the application of Roth-Williams orthodontic concept in Changchun area. Methods: through the survey of more than 1500 young people of right age in three middle and primary schools in Changchun area, 65 normal occlusion adolescents were selected, including 30 males and 35 females (mean age: male 14.07 鹵1.72, female 14.34 鹵1.43). Under the condition of natural head position, the lateral radiographs were taken for each of the subjects. The measurement markers of Jarabak cephalometric analysis method were fixed by manual method and WinCeph8.0 software, and the line distance composed of these markers was measured. Angle and line-distance ratio were used to get the measurement results. The SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to group the experimental data according to sex, and the test level was 0.05 for the experimental data. Results: in this study, the normal range of Jarabak cephalometric analysis of normal occlusion was obtained, and the statistical differences between male and female were compared. Through statistical analysis, we know that there is no significant difference in age of the selected subjects. There was no significant difference between male and female in dental and soft tissue measurement (P > 0.05). There was a significant difference in line distance between male and female (P < 0.01), and was larger in male than in female. The line distance ratio (Go-Me/S-N) had gender difference (P < 0.05), and the male was smaller than the female (P < 0.05). SN-GoGn (擄), the angle measurement index of mandibular plane angle, also had gender difference (P < 0.05), but the difference was not significant, the male was smaller than the female. There was no significant sex difference. Jarabak ratio, which was the ratio of posterior height to anterior height, was 70.92 鹵4.23 for males and 67.53 鹵4.12 for females. There was no significant gender difference (P > 0.05). Conclusion: the normal values of all indexes of Jarabak cephalometric analysis for normal occlusion of adolescents in Changchun area were established. There was no significant difference between male and female in sex of tooth and soft tissue in the analysis of head-shadow measurement of the ratio 1 Jarabak, and there was no significant difference between male and female in the sex distribution of the measurement index between male and female in Changchun area. In 2Jarabak cephalometric analysis, there was significant gender difference in line distance between males and females. In the angle measurement of 3Jarabak cephalometric analysis, the mandibular plane angle SN-GoGn( 擄) had gender difference (P < 0.05), and the male was smaller than female (.4Jarabak ratio), that is, the ratio of posterior height to anterior height was S-Go-N-Mean, the male was 70.92 鹵4.23, and the female was 67.53 鹵4.12, with no significant gender difference (P > 0.05).
