不同參數(shù)的Er:YAG激光離體牙窩洞預(yù)備的形態(tài)學(xué)觀察

【摘要】:目的:觀察Er:YAG激光對離體人牙進(jìn)行窩洞預(yù)備后的形態(tài)學(xué)改變,比較不同的能量設(shè)置及不同的水氣比作用下的預(yù)備效果。方法:將10個無齲的離體磨牙隨機(jī)分為5組(n=2),分別用不同Er:YAG激光參數(shù)進(jìn)行窩洞預(yù)備。掃描電鏡下觀察牙釉質(zhì)和牙本質(zhì)的形態(tài)學(xué)改變。結(jié)果:經(jīng)Er:YAG激光照射后,牙釉質(zhì)呈現(xiàn)出一個粗糙不平的表面,牙本質(zhì)層清潔,小管開放。在總功率相近的情況下,當(dāng)水冷卻降到50%或切割牙釉質(zhì)時脈沖能量增加到700 mJ、切割牙本質(zhì)時脈沖能量增加到400 mJ時,牙釉質(zhì)及牙本質(zhì)表面可發(fā)生部分熔融改變。結(jié)論:Er:YAG激光使用合適的參數(shù)進(jìn)行牙體硬組織的切割安全有效,但在功率相近的情況下,水冷卻不足或能量過大(牙釉質(zhì)700 mJ,牙本質(zhì)400 mJ)可損傷牙體組織。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the morphological changes of human teeth prepared by Er:YAG laser, and to compare the effects of different energy settings and different water / air ratios. Methods: ten caries free molars were randomly divided into 5 groups. Different Er:YAG laser parameters were used to prepare the cavity. The morphological changes of enamel and dentin were observed under scanning electron microscope. Results: after Er:YAG laser irradiation, enamel presented a rough surface with clean dentin layer and open tubules. When the total power is similar, when water cooling down to 50% or cutting enamel increases to 700 mJ, when cutting dentin pulse energy increases to 400 MJ, the enamel and dentin surface can be partially melted. Conclusion it is safe and effective to use the appropriate parameters to cut the hard tissue of the tooth, but under the condition of similar power, insufficient water cooling or excessive energy (enamel 700mJ, dentin 400mJ) can damage the tooth tissue.
