【摘要】：目的調(diào)查沈陽市兒童乳牙患齲的現(xiàn)狀,為乳牙齲病防治提供理論依據(jù)。方法按照第三次全國口腔健康流行病學(xué)調(diào)查的要求,對沈陽市20所幼兒園的3 868名3~6歲兒童進行口腔健康狀況調(diào)查,采用SPSS 17.0對調(diào)查結(jié)果進行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果 3 868名兒童患齲率和齲均分別為65.98%和3.49,各年齡組之間有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.01),并隨著年齡增長患齲率和齲均不斷增加;各牙位之間有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,上頜患齲明顯高于下頜(P0.01);各幼兒園之間有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,相關(guān)因素分析有待進一步研究;男女之間,女性高于男性,但差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論沈陽市學(xué)齡前兒童齲病患病率較高,要加強乳牙齲病的防治。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of caries in primary teeth of children in Shenyang, and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of caries in deciduous teeth. Methods according to the requirements of the third National Oral Health Epidemiology Survey, the oral health status of 3 868 children aged 36 years old in 20 kindergartens in Shenyang was investigated. The results were statistically analyzed by SPSS 17.0. Results the caries rate and caries average of 3 868 children were 65.98% and 3.49, respectively. The incidence of maxillary caries was significantly higher than that of the mandible (P 0.01); there was statistical significance among the kindergartens, and the related factors needed to be further studied; the female was higher than the male, but the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion the prevalence of dental caries in preschool children in Shenyang is high, and the prevention and treatment of deciduous caries should be strengthened.
