機械力刺激誘導機體組織炎癥反應機制研究進展

【摘要】:機械力刺激能夠誘發(fā)機體中包括牙周組織在內的多種組織發(fā)生無菌性炎癥反應,并能促進免疫細胞以及一些非免疫細胞如牙周膜細胞發(fā)生焦亡(pyroptosis),F(xiàn)有研究表明,Gasdermin-D(GSDMD)在炎癥反應、細胞焦亡發(fā)生中具有重要作用,但GSDMD是否參與機械力刺激引發(fā)的炎癥反應和細胞焦亡尚未可知。綜述機械力刺激誘導機體組織炎癥反應以及焦亡的信號通路研究進展。
[Abstract]:Mechanical stimulation can induce aseptic inflammation in many tissues including periodontal tissues and promote pyroptosism in immune cells and some non-immune cells such as periodontal ligament cells. Current studies have shown that Gasdermin-DGSDMD plays an important role in inflammatory response and the occurrence of cellular pyrolysis. However, it is not known whether GSDMD is involved in the inflammatory response induced by mechanical stimulation and the cellular pyrolysis. The progress in the study of inflammatory response and pyrolysis signal pathway induced by mechanical stimulation is reviewed.
