【摘要】：目的了解含氟涂料預(yù)防學(xué)齡前兒童乳牙齲齒的效果,為防治兒童齲齒提供參考依據(jù)。方法在浦東新區(qū)7所公辦幼兒園選擇3~4歲小班兒童471名,將研究對象隨機(jī)分為干預(yù)Ⅰ組(每年2次氟涂布)(167名)、干預(yù)Ⅱ組(每年4次氟涂布)(152名)和對照組(152名)。分別在基線和干預(yù)1,2年后進(jìn)行口腔檢查,記錄乳牙患齲狀況。結(jié)果干預(yù)前,干預(yù)Ⅰ組、干預(yù)Ⅱ組、對照組的年齡、性別構(gòu)成、乳牙患齲率、齲失補(bǔ)牙面均數(shù)(dmfs)差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05);干預(yù)1年后,3組間乳牙患齲率、齲齒累計(jì)發(fā)病率、dmfs差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05);干預(yù)2年后,干預(yù)Ⅱ組的乳牙齲齒累計(jì)發(fā)病率(8.55%)低于對照組(17.10%)(P0.05),干預(yù)Ⅰ組和干預(yù)Ⅱ組的dmfs增量(2.36,1.82)均低于對照組(3.24)(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論含氟涂料能有效預(yù)防兒童乳牙齲齒的發(fā)生,維護(hù)兒童的口腔健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of fluorine paint on prevention of caries in primary teeth of preschool children. Methods A total of 471 children aged 3 to 4 years old were selected from 7 public kindergartens in Pudong New area. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: intervention group (n = 167), intervention group (n = 152) and control group (n = 152). Dental examinations were performed at baseline and 1 and 2 years after intervention to record caries in deciduous teeth.
