【摘要】：目的了解含氟涂料預防學齡前兒童乳牙齲齒的效果,為防治兒童齲齒提供參考依據(jù)。方法在浦東新區(qū)7所公辦幼兒園選擇3~4歲小班兒童471名,將研究對象隨機分為干預Ⅰ組(每年2次氟涂布)(167名)、干預Ⅱ組(每年4次氟涂布)(152名)和對照組(152名)。分別在基線和干預1,2年后進行口腔檢查,記錄乳牙患齲狀況。結(jié)果干預前,干預Ⅰ組、干預Ⅱ組、對照組的年齡、性別構(gòu)成、乳牙患齲率、齲失補牙面均數(shù)(dmfs)差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05);干預1年后,3組間乳牙患齲率、齲齒累計發(fā)病率、dmfs差異均無統(tǒng)計學意義(P值均0.05);干預2年后,干預Ⅱ組的乳牙齲齒累計發(fā)病率(8.55%)低于對照組(17.10%)(P0.05),干預Ⅰ組和干預Ⅱ組的dmfs增量(2.36,1.82)均低于對照組(3.24)(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論含氟涂料能有效預防兒童乳牙齲齒的發(fā)生,維護兒童的口腔健康。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of fluorine paint on prevention of caries in primary teeth of preschool children. Methods A total of 471 children aged 3 to 4 years old were selected from 7 public kindergartens in Pudong New area. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups: intervention group (n = 167), intervention group (n = 152) and control group (n = 152). Dental examinations were performed at baseline and 1 and 2 years after intervention to record caries in deciduous teeth. Results before the intervention, there were no significant differences in age, sex composition, caries rate of deciduous teeth, the mean number of caries and dmfs in primary teeth of intervention group 鈪，
