【摘要】：目的:本文通過建立大鼠根尖周炎動物模型研究Toll樣受體2在大鼠根尖周炎中的表達(dá)。為根尖周炎的發(fā)病機(jī)制及治療提供一定的理論依據(jù)。方法:選取SD大鼠20只,建立大鼠根尖周炎動物模型,以大鼠右側(cè)下頜第一磨牙開髓后,髓腔內(nèi)封入PBS緩沖液,髓腔采用進(jìn)口玻璃離子暫封。于術(shù)后1周、2周、3周、4周四個時間點(diǎn)隨機(jī)各取5只鼠,進(jìn)行固定后,剖取大鼠下頜骨組織,脫鈣,制作冰凍切片。采用免疫組織化學(xué)染色法檢測Toll樣受體2在大鼠根尖周炎組織中的表達(dá)與分布。結(jié)果:1周、2周、3周、4周四個時間點(diǎn)中TLR2在根尖周炎癥區(qū)域中均呈陽性表達(dá)。TLR2的表達(dá)呈倒V型,即TLR2的表達(dá)在前三周呈上升趨勢,并于三周時達(dá)到頂峰,然后開始逐漸降低。TLR2陽性細(xì)胞高于正常對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P㩳0.05)。結(jié)論:TLR2在大鼠實(shí)驗(yàn)性根尖周炎模型中表達(dá)并且TLR2的表達(dá)情況與根尖周炎密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the expression of Toll-like receptor 2 in periapical periodontitis in rats. To provide a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis and treatment of periapical periodontitis. Methods: 20 SD rats were selected to establish the rat model of periapical periodontitis. After the right mandibular first molar was opened, PBS buffer solution was inserted into the pulp cavity, and the imported glass ion was used to seal the pulp cavity. Five rats were randomly selected at four and four points at 1 week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks after operation. After fixation, the mandibular tissues of the rats were cut off, decalcified, and frozen sections were made. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression and distribution of Toll like receptor 2 in rat periapical periodontitis. Results the positive expression of TLR2 in periapical inflammatory region was inverted V type, that is, the expression of TLR2 increased in the first three weeks, and reached its peak at 3 weeks. Then the positive cells of. TLR2 were gradually decreased compared with the normal control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion the expression of TLR2 in rat model of periapical periodontitis and the expression of TLR2 are closely related to periapical periodontitis.
