【摘要】：正1病例報告患者,男,30歲,因發(fā)現(xiàn)雙側(cè)頸部腫塊8年入院。2003年發(fā)現(xiàn)雙側(cè)乳突部腫塊,直徑約5mm,無發(fā)熱、腫痛,質(zhì)地硬,表面無破潰,就診于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院,考慮淋巴結(jié)結(jié)核,給予異煙肼、利福平抗結(jié)核治療,療效欠佳。因腫塊逐漸增大,2006年3月來我院行雙側(cè)乳突腫塊切除術(shù)。術(shù)后病理檢查示:涎腺組織及淋巴組織慢性炎性改變。2008年4月再次出現(xiàn)雙側(cè)下頜角處腫物,無發(fā)熱,無口角偏斜,腫塊仍逐漸增大;2010年2月,右側(cè)下頜角腫塊約8cm×8cm,左側(cè)下頜角腫塊約5cm×5cm,于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院間斷給予膏藥、
[Abstract]:A report of 1 case, male 30 years old, was admitted to hospital for 8 years because of bilateral cervical mass. In 2003, bilateral mastoid mass was found with diameter of about 5 mm, no fever, swelling and pain, hard texture, no surface rupture, local hospital, considering lymph node tuberculosis. Isoniazid and rifampicin were given antituberculous therapy, the curative effect was not good. Bilateral mastoid mass resection was performed in our hospital in March 2006 due to the gradual enlargement of the mass. Pathological examination showed that there were chronic inflammatory changes in salivary gland and lymphoid tissue. In April 2008, there was another bilateral mandibular horn mass, no fever, no angle deviation, and the mass was still gradually enlarged. The right mandibular angle mass was about 8cm 脳 8 cm, and the left mandibular angle mass was about 5cm 脳 5 cm.
