【摘要】：正病例資料患者,男,27歲,3個(gè)月前患者無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)右側(cè)面部麻痛,牙痛,頭痛,間歇性鼻塞、流鼻涕、嗅覺減退,疼痛劇烈時(shí)口服止痛片后稍緩解,在當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院行CT檢查示:右側(cè)上頜竇前壁,顴骨局部腫脹、骨質(zhì)破壞,惡性不排除。今為求進(jìn)一步治療來本院就診,門診以"右上頜竇占位"收入院�；疾∫詠�,患者神志清,精神可,食欲正常,睡眠正常,大小便正常,體重?zé)o減輕。
[Abstract]:The patient with positive case data, male 27 years old, had no obvious inducement to develop right facial anaesthesia, toothache, headache, intermittent nasal congestion, runny nose, decreased olfaction, and slight relief after taking analgesic tablets when the pain was severe. Ct examination in the local hospital showed that the anterior wall of the right maxillary sinus, local swelling of zygomatic bone, bone destruction and malignancy were not excluded. In order to further treatment, outpatient to the "right maxillary sinus occupation" admitted to the hospital. Since the illness, the patient mind, mental can, normal appetite, sleep normal, normal defecation, weight loss.
