五倍子水提取物對人牙髓細胞Ⅰ型膠原合成的影響

【摘要】:目的:觀察五倍子水提取物對人牙髓細胞Ⅰ型膠原合成的影響。方法:取第6代體外培養(yǎng)的人牙髓細胞分別與終末濃度為5、10μg/m L的五倍子水提取物共同培養(yǎng)3 d后,采用免疫組化染色法觀察人牙髓細胞中Ⅰ型膠原的表達情況,并用HPIAS-1000圖像分析系統(tǒng)進行定量分析。結(jié)果:對照組和不同濃度五倍子水提取物作用的實驗組人牙髓細胞中均有Ⅰ型膠原的表達,其免疫反應(yīng)物質(zhì)多定位于胞漿。人牙髓細胞經(jīng)5、10μg/m L濃度的五倍子水提取物作用后,其Ⅰ型膠原的表達水平均明顯增高,其中以10μg/m L組的增高程度最大,各組間兩兩相比差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:5、10μg/m L五倍子水提取物均能明顯促進人牙髓細胞中Ⅰ型膠原的表達;提示其具有促進牙髓細胞向成牙本質(zhì)細胞分化的作用。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of gallnut water extract on collagen type I synthesis in human dental pulp cells. Methods: human dental pulp cells cultured in vitro were cultured with 5 渭 g / mL gallnut water extract (5 渭 g / mL) for 3 days. The expression of type I collagen in human dental pulp cells was observed by immunohistochemical staining. Quantitative analysis was carried out with HPIAS-1000 image analysis system. Results: the expression of type I collagen was found in human dental pulp cells in the control group and in the experimental group treated with different concentrations of gallnut water extract.
