【摘要】：目的:探討整合素連接激酶(ILK)和基質(zhì)金屬蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)在涎腺腺樣囊性癌(SACC)中的表達(dá)及意義。方法:選取59例SACC患者和42例非腫瘤患者正常涎腺組織,利用qRT-PCR技術(shù)檢測(cè)ILK和MMP-9在SACC組織中表達(dá)。結(jié)果:SACC組織中ILK mRNA和MMP-9mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量均高于對(duì)照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);ILK和MMP-9在SACC組織中表達(dá)均與組織類型、淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移、TNM分期有關(guān)(P0.05),實(shí)體型和管狀型SACC組織中ILK mRNA和MMP-9mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量均高于篩狀型(P0.05);Pearson相關(guān)分析顯示,SACC組織中ILK mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量與MMP-9mRNA相對(duì)表達(dá)量呈正相關(guān)(r=0.586,P=0.000)。結(jié)論:ILK和MMP-9在SACC組織中呈高表達(dá),可能共同協(xié)同參與了腫瘤細(xì)胞侵襲、轉(zhuǎn)移過(guò)程。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and significance of integrin linked kinase (ILK) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) in salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma (SACC). Methods: 59 cases of SACC and 42 cases of normal salivary gland tissues were selected to detect the expression of ILK and MMP-9 in SACC tissue by qRT-PCR technique. Results the relative expression levels of ILK mRNA and MMP-9mRNA in the tissues of ILK mRNA and MMP-9mRNA were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). The expression of ilk and MMP-9 in the tissues of SACC was similar to the type of tissue. The relative expression of ILK mRNA and MMP-9mRNA in solid and tubular SACC tissues was higher than that in sieve type P0.05P Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the relative expression of ILK mRNA and the relative expression of MMP-9mRNA. Conclusion the expression of MMP-9 and wlk is high in SACC tissues, which may be involved in the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells.
