【摘要】：目的:通過體外實驗對比研究修復(fù)臨床工作中四種常用不同口腔金屬材料(鈷鉻、純鈦、銀鈀、金鈀)在頭頸部常用MRI檢查序列中產(chǎn)生偽影大小,為口腔修復(fù)大夫選擇合適固定義齒修復(fù)體以及涉及口腔中有固定修復(fù)體患者進(jìn)行MRI檢查時是否需要拆除修復(fù)體提供臨床依據(jù)。方法:在左上有完成第一磨牙制備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)牙科標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型、蠟型制作、精密鑄造、普通拋光完成同名的形狀一致的均勻鈷鉻合金、純鈦、銀鈀、金鈀金屬冠模型作為實驗組,通過以實驗組全冠的大小及厚度作為模版制作的瓷全冠作為對照組,將實驗組金屬全冠按照三行和兩排排列的方式放置在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模型上后放入器皿中,隨后在其中倒入蒸餾水,最后放在一個長方形的塑料盒,MRI掃描。通過1.5T MRI掃描成像儀所自帶的PACS測量以及分析軟件對所得掃描圖像中央?yún)^(qū)域進(jìn)行測量分析,并重復(fù)測量三次為的是取得平均值以此保證測量結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性。結(jié)果:鈷鉻合金、純鈦以及銀鈀合金金屬全冠進(jìn)行MRI掃描過程中出現(xiàn)偽影,金鈀合金以及對照組全瓷冠在MRI掃描過程中沒有出現(xiàn)偽影。結(jié)論:根據(jù)本實驗數(shù)據(jù)分析所得的結(jié)果來看,在臨床診斷檢查中,若有固定義齒的患者需要做MRI時,需要請同行審查,看固定義齒是否會干擾診斷檢查的結(jié)果,金鈀或二氧化鋯材料是可以不拆冠直接進(jìn)行MRI檢查的。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the artifact size of four kinds of commonly used oral metal materials (cobalt chromium, pure titanium, silver palladium, gold palladium) in the MRI examination sequence of head and neck in vitro. To provide clinical basis for the doctor to select the suitable fixed denture prosthesis and whether to remove the prosthesis when the patients with fixed prosthesis in the oral cavity are examined by MRI. Methods: the standard dental model, wax casting, precision casting, common polishing and uniform cobalt chromium alloy, pure titanium, silver palladium, gold and palladium metal crown were used as experimental group. By using the size and thickness of the experimental group's crown as the template, the metal crown of the experimental group was placed on the standard model in three rows and two rows as the control group, and then filled with distilled water. Finally put an MRI scan in a rectangular plastic box. The PACS measurement and analysis software of 1.5T MRI scanning imager is used to measure and analyze the central area of the scanned image, and the measurement is repeated three times in order to obtain the average value to ensure the accuracy of the measured results. Results: artifacts appeared during MRI scanning of cobalt chromium alloy, pure titanium and silver palladium alloy metal crowns, while gold and palladium alloys and control all-ceramic crowns had no artifacts during MRI scanning. Conclusion: according to the results of data analysis in this experiment, if patients with fixed dentures need to do MRI in clinical diagnosis, they need to ask peer review to see if fixed denture will interfere with the results of diagnostic examination. Gold palladium or zirconia materials can be directly MRI without crown removal.
